  Great experience!

  If you are planning a Goan destination wedding and want a team you can trust blindly, Harsha and Aditya are a great choice! From the very first day to the main event, they were fully involved in everything. What we loved most about them was their approach: they focus on creating an incredible experience and care about the personal and emotional side of things, rather than just fixating on money, which is rare in this industry.
  
  They are honest, incredibly transparent, and proactive. They were rarely late for meetings and their communication was flawless. When it came to the actual wedding, they turned our imagination into reality: every single event was meticulously executed and had a wow factor. They truly went above and beyond and got everything we had asked/hoped for!
  
  Beyond the gorgeous decor, they also acted as a complete one-stop shop. They coordinated with the hotel smoothly and handled all other vendors nicely. They even negotiated on our behalf to ensure we got the absolute best quality while saving money where we could.
  
  They are fun to work with, deeply trustworthy, and they take away all the wedding stress so you can actually enjoy your big day. We cannot thank them enough!

  Payment issues and unprofessional conduct during wedding.

  We hired 2Cr8 Memories for our destination wedding in Goa, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, I repeatedly requested payment details and account information because I knew that as the bride, I would not be able to manage financial transactions during the wedding itself. Despite multiple follow-ups, payment arrangements remained unclear. We expressed our preference for online payments, but were repeatedly asked to make payments in cash. On the day before and the day of our wedding, while we were occupied with wedding preparations, we continued receiving messages and calls regarding pending payments. New account details were provided on the wedding day itself, and we were expected to transfer funds immediately. What was most upsetting was the timing and manner in which these payment demands were handled. My husband received calls regarding payments even during our wedding ceremony. Later, while we were getting ready for our reception, co-founders of the company came to our room demanding immediate payment. This added significant stress during what should have been one of the happiest moments of our lives. The most shocking incident occurred just before our reception entry. We were informed that our entry song would not be played and that the event would not proceed unless the pending payment was made in cash. Being stopped moments before our reception entry over a payment dispute was deeply distressing and completely overshadowed our experience. We understand that vendors need to receive payment, and we had every intention of settling all dues. However, there is a time, place, and professional way to handle such matters. Repeated demands, interruptions during wedding ceremonies, and last-minute pressure placed on the bride and groom are simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise future couples to discuss and document payment terms, methods, and timelines in writing well before the event. Unfortunately, our experience with 2Cr8 Memories added unnecessary stress to what should have been one of the most memorable days of our lives.

  What stood out most for me was the genuine passion and dedication

  2Cre8Memories. From months leading up to the wedding to the last moments of the event, they stayed committed to making it perfect.
  
  Their creative ideas, combined with solid planning, made the entire celebration one to remember. Every little detail, no matter how small, was given importance, and it really showed in the end result. Loved it!!
