We have engaged shobha creations(www.shobhacreations.in) owned by Ms. Rani for the decoration event of my daughter’s marriage at Kings Meadows, Bangalore. We are totally disappointed with the quality of work which is highly unprofessional. Ms. Rani has cheated with low quality job, not performing the activities as agreed at the time of placement of order. She has used almost all artificial flowers though agreed in writing to provide fresh flowers in many placed mainly for MANTAPAM though confirmed in writing. She is very arrogant and rude in her behavior at the time of execution. She did not carry out full scope of work as per the order instead she black mailed and arm twisted, collected full payment without completing the job at the nth hour. She did collect money for many items not supplying by threatening and black mailing. She does not respect the payment terms as confirmed in writing by her, We feel it’s very high risk to engage her for any event with low quality of work and cheats the customers with lots of arrogance. We find her attitude towards us is very bad and dangerous with rude behavior. Our family was at loss with an unfortunate decision to engage Ms. Rani as decorator for which we always regret our decision.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this event planner, with the proprietor Rani in particular. She is highly highly unprofessional, makes big promises in the beginning during the time of making a sales pitch and closure and delivers pretty average decor and work. In fact she bad mouths and demeans other vendors/ competitors and the venue hosts to gain your confidence to go with her for your event ( should have seen this as a warning sign then !!) Not only did she not deliver as loftily promised, but she also used horrible and degrading language against my family, threading us in the last minute, which is just completely inexcusable. Her lack of professionalism, disrespectful communication, careless attitude made the entire process so stressful for us and specially the bride, rather than enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone reliable, respectful and a pleasure to work with , I strongly advise staying far far away from this planner. Save yourself the disappointment and choose some who actually values their clients.

Best planner

We had our wedding last year on November 23rd, and we couldn't be happier with the service provided by Rani and her team at Shobha Creations. From start to finish, Rani was exceptional. Although we're a bit late in writing this review, we want to express our gratitude for the amazing work they did.

Rani was incredibly helpful with every aspect of our wedding, from booking the venue to planning the decor, our beautiful dress, and everything else. She was always available to address our concerns and made sure everything went smoothly. Her dedication and attention to detail made our special day perfect.

This team truly deserves the highest praise. Thank you, Rani and Shobha Creations, for making our wedding unforgettable!

Exceptional planner

Shobha Creations planned our destination wedding in February in Jaipur. We flew in from Kuwait, knowing nothing about the local area. However, we were referred to Rani by a friend, and she truly exceeded our expectations.

Rani helped us plan everything in detail, from the exceptional decor and delicious food to the most important event—our sangeet night, which turned out exactly as we had dreamt. Her meticulous planning and dedication made our wedding unforgettable.

Rani is the best planner, and we highly recommend Shobha Creations for anyone looking to have a perfect wedding!

Horrible experience

Rani was very hard to work with. Even though the start was promising and the mood board was good, it went downhill from there. After the contract was signed, our communication deteriorated completely. Her messages became infrequent and were delayed. On the top, her responses were rude bordering on offensive and she treated my parents with contempt on most calls. Any extra requests from our side were completely discarded and refused on baseless grounds and getting any help was always countered with an exorbitant price. She kept pushing her opinions and her contacts on us.

The thing which disappointed us even more was the difference between what was promised in the mood board and what was presented were miles apart. She skimped on all the decorations, reusing the streamers and ribbons across various days. Almost all the events were far from what I had envisioned, nothing similar to the mood board and the quality of the items used were of cheap quality.

It was a nice experience with shobha Creations at my sister's wedding. From decorations to catering everything was on time and properly arranged. They also helped us and co-operate at last moment changes. The presentation of deco and food was really great. All guest was praising for the same.
