If an event is cancelled before rehearsals have commenced, 75% of the advance token amount will be refunded within 40 working days of the cancellation request. If cancellation occurs after rehearsals have begun — regardless of the number of sessions completed — a 50% refund will be applicable, as creative time, effort, and resources invested by our team are non-recoverable.
