Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend


I recently organized a sehra Nandi event at this venue, and choosing this place is a decision I deeply regret. What was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime celebration turned into a nightmare, largely due to the unprofessionalism of Mr. Rohit, who claims to be the banquet manager.

At the time of booking, we were promised that everything would be timely and properly arranged. However, on the day of the event, nothing went as discussed. The terrace, where the event was held in May, was neither cleaned nor equipped with coolers, standing fans, or even a standing AC. Imagine hosting an outdoor event in the sweltering May heat without any cooling arrangements—it was unbearable and unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the food was not served properly, and when we raised concerns about the coolers, the manager responded rudely, denying any prior agreement. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. The banquet, which was booked for the marriage ceremony, was just as disappointing: no AC, poor food service, and a complete lack of hospitality.

The only decent aspect was the decoration, but even that wasn’t enough to compensate for the chaos and stress we faced. The main table food was served almost an hour late, and at the time of the pheras, the area was suffocating due to a lack of ventilation or air conditioning. To top it all off, when we tried to reach the banquet manager, his phone was switched off, and no one was available to assist us. We ended up managing everything ourselves.

My sincere advice: think at least ten times before booking this venue. Despite paying a hefty amount, you may find yourself handling everything on your own.

Very Bad experience

We attended a marriage function here and were extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The service was disorganized and unresponsive—staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in helping guests. Basic requests took far too long to be addressed, if at all.

To make matters worse, the air conditioning was barely working. With so many people gathered, the hall became hot and stuffy very quickly, making everyone uncomfortable throughout the event. Despite multiple complaints, there was no proper resolution or even an apology.

A wedding is supposed to be a joyful and memorable occasion, but the poor arrangements and lack of basic comfort left a bad impression on all of us.
