Palace's negative reviews

Vry poor services nd no ventilation in basement rooms vd high rooms charges. Our relatives organised a marriage here and not satisfied with the charges of organisations. So expensive but not qualified.

Everything was satisfactory

Not excellent but they were average. The thing is we paid a good amount to them but the service we got was not that good. We expected the best services but it was not up to the mark. The room was also very normal. They need to improve their services.

Best destination wedding ever attended

We had a lovely stay, the hotel is very authentic and beautiful. Exploring the palace is a whole experience by itself, there are musicians playing the flute in different corners of the hotel. The service is outstanding and staff are very friendly. The reception was amazing, they greeted us with flowers and live music when we arrived. There is a great restaurant in the hotel, that offers quality Indian food.

Room 1001 is the best view side room

Amazing hotel where no two rooms are the same. The food could be better but it's a place of tranquility in an extremely hectic city.

It was excellent...no words to praise the hotel staff, they were so generous...never received such a royal hospitality....premium interiors....felt like a queen....One hotel staff named JATIN was so caring and cooperative that I felt like second home...the hotel is a heavenly abode with royal interiors, dazzling swimming pool, beautiful rooms...I loved the way room was decorated with antique art... excellent collection indeed...lush green garden...really loved it... special seating arrangement for infants in the restaurant...exotic fragrance of fresh roses... would like to come again...
