    Conditions were never discussed during payment process & Delay in taking quick action.

    1. Car Parking was not available & Valet parking facility charges are high.
    2. Rejected to Give Electricity Supply for LED Screen stating Connection Breakdown issues.
    3. Mosquito Spray was done at 7:30 rather than 6.30
    4. Have more Concerns on Business & finance part not Service.

    It was not a pleasant experience.

    Our family booked Le Roma Gardenia for a recent wedding. It was not a pleasant experience with the venue. The decoration was not as per our discussion, which definitely is a bummer. The food was not that good as well. Several guest shared that they had to wait a lot for the food. Not very good at the services.

    lovely it was

    Le Roma Gardenia was very lovely. We booked the venue for my wedding. The food was also good. The staff was quite accommodating all the time. We did not like that the entrance was unclean and muddy at the time we were supposed to check into the property. Otherwise, it is a beautiful venue.

    Dream Wedding Destination!

    Few words to describe the scenery we were blown away by ... Exquisite, esthetic, luxurious, nature binding, botique ambience & a lush green heritage property!
    Yup 👍🏻 all of them in one ... it's totally worth it for the a wedding or any special occasions being planned ... would recommend plan in well in advance as they have a fast filling 🥧 calendar 🗓️

    Daughter's marriage

    I can't express how truly magical the venue is. My daughter's marriage was in August and it was really amazing. The venue is really beautiful with lush and perfectly maintained. All our guests loved it.We didn't have to stress about anything during our wedding because it was under control. Thank you so much Le Roma.

    The best venue

    We had a fun wedding at Le Roma Gardenia. It was a romantic and beautiful setting made by the team. Nothing but positive words for the fantastic venue. We loved the venue and so did everyone else. We really appreciate everything you have done for us.💖

    Just wanted to thank you all for our fairytale wedding.We had the best day ever and made so many special memories at the venue.     Amazing 🤩 lovely

    We came down from singapore to attend a cousins wedding and what a perfect wedding venue it is.

    The staff is so warm and accommodating. They curate to your needs and make you feel at home away from home. Food was amazingly delicious

    Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a dream wedding. Also Definetly coming back for unwinding with friends to this serene place

    Professional

    The venue is amazing we really loved it.Leroma is reasonably priced for the level of quality and service.And Vijaya and Rohan took care of soo much day of that if anything wrong went that day. They are really good and friendly. The decorations and set up was breathtaking. The rooms are very special and lovely.Special thanks to the team Leroma.

    Breathtaking

    It's a beautiful place. Amazing antique ambiance. Feels very royal.The venue is breathtaking we really loved it.We had our wedding reception a few weeks before. We are still getting good reviews from out guests about the venue, food and the service. I would recommend Leroma to any bride and groom for a special event.
