stale food SERVICE

The आशा बस्ती में आप कितना भी कह ले और मुँह माँगा पेमेंट कर दे पर भोजन आप को बासी (STALE FOOD) जरूर खाने को बुफे में लगाया जाएगा क्यों की जब मैंने बुक किया तो सोचा कि पैसा थोड़ा ज्यादा लगे पर भोजन, सर्विस और सुविधाएं ऐसे हो कि हम स्वं और मेहमान खुश हो, परन्तु बुकिंग के समय होटल परिसर और कमरे ही देख सकते हैं जो देख के मैंने अपनी शादी हेतु बुक कर दिया।
मेरी शादी की शाम होटल के वेटर कम लगाये जिससे स्टार्टर को प्रॉपर सर्वे नहीं किया गया जिससे किसी को मिला किसी को नही, कंजूसी इस कदर थी कि मैं और मेरी दुल्हन भी स्टारट टेस्ट नहीं कर सके।
मेनकोर्स हमारे दिन के लंच का बासी भोजन(STALE FOOD) सम्लित किया गया जो खट्टा हो चूका था और स्मेल भी कर रहा था ।
जयमाल के उपरांत डिनर करते समय हम दोनों (दूल्हा दुल्हन) को पता चला तो (लगभग 11 :45 PM ) होटल के मैनेजर महोदय को कॉल कर के बताया, पर मेहमान तो पहले भोजन खा के अपना टेस्ट ख़राब कर चुके थे,
क्या मेहमान दूल्हा दुल्हन से कहने आते कि बेटा हमे यहाँ बासी भोजन(STALE FOOD) खिलाने बुलाया हैं , परिवार की लोग शादी कि तैयारी में लगे होते है।
उसके अगले दिन भी सुबह के ब्रेक फ़ास्ट में पुनः रात का बासी भोजन (STALE FOOD) सम्मलित कर दिया गया।
शादी के 8 -10 दिन बाद इनके मैनेजर महोदय से होटल में मिल की अव्यवस्था कि बात कही गई तो उन्होंने अपनी हिसाब से बाते बनाने लगे, जब एक्स्ट्रा पेमेंट लगभग रु 7200 को वापस करने कि बात कि तो उन्हों ने मॉर्निग ब्रेकफास्ट में एडजस्ट हो गया कि बात की, पर जब काउंटिंग कराये तभी होटल के एक मेल और एक फीमेल स्टाफ को बुला कर 8 टॉवल हुए 3 रूम एंट्री कार्ड न होने का इल्जाम लगाए, जिसका पेमेंट करने हेतु मेरे द्वारा कहा गया, तो मैनेजर महोदय द्वारा ये बताया गया कि आप के द्वारा जो पेमेंट एक्स्ट्रा जमा थी उसमे एडजस्ट कर ली गई हैं।
उस समय होटल मैनेजर साहब एवं स्टाफ के बात करने का तरीका इतना ख़राब था कि, मैं अपनी नव विवाहित पत्नी के साथ रेस्टोरेंट में एक कॉफ़ी पीना चाह रहा था पर प्रताड़ित महसूस कर हम दोनों होटल से वापस चले आये और दुबारा कभी The आशा बस्ती होटल में नहीं गए।
ये कहाँ तक सही हैं कि होटल के दोनों बड़े हॉल, 27 कमरों, लंच, डिनर, और अगले दिन ब्रेकफास्ट का पेमेंट देने के पश्चात भी बेटर को अल्पता हो, खाना बासी खाने को मिले जिससे स्वं अथवा अपने प्रिय मेहमानो कि तबियत ख़ुशी के माहौल में ख़राब हो जाये।
नोट : पनीर और पुलाव ये 2 टाइम बासी भोजन (STALE FOOD) सम्मलित किया गए।
होटल प्रबंधन को लगता हैं कि बस्ती में सिर्फ अच्छी बिल्डिंग से बिज़नेस चलेगा, तो मेरा सुझाव है कृपा कर खाने के जो पैसे आप ले रहे है वो बासी भोजन (STALE FOOD) के नहीं ले रहे सो भुगतान के अनुरूप भोजन भी सर्वे करे। आप को किसी के फंक्शन में बासी भोज (STALE FOOD) खिलाने व मेहमानो के स्वास्थ को ख़राब करने का हक़ नहीं हैं।
इस फीडबैक को होटल के मैनेजर श्री M P Singh जी एवं होटल प्रबंधन को संज्ञान में लेकर बिना किसी दुर्भावना के सुधार करना सुनिश्चित करना चहिये।
फंक्शन आप के लिए बिज़नेस हैं पर किसी के लिए जीवन भर का अरमान।
