For the last 1.5 years, they have kept my money because of covid, and in the name of the policy, they never intended to give it back to me. These people can’t even do the smoothening properly and they have a very arrogant and unapologetic attitude to their customers.
1. Worst thing is the manager will say I am helpless, this is my policy
