    Poor Experience!

    We had a very poor experience booking them for our wedding function! There was a major theft on the day of the function and we had a horrible experience. The staff members are very unprofessional and the management is pathetic too!

    Hotel 5* Services 1*

    Do not book banquet of this hotel for wedding. Worst in service. They do not serve complete selected menu.
    On Family table they are worst. Food not served on family table. Cold food & poor service on family table.
    AC did not work. No one heard the problems. Poor hospitality. Do not book this hotel.

    Great 5 Star Hotel

    I had my engagement function here. It was wonderful. The buffet spread was nice the ambience was also great.

    Very Lavish Hotel!

    This Hotel is very lavish. We really enjoyed our event here. It was beautifully done. Great management too and really professional staff members as well. Very helpful and cooperative.

    Superb venue

    The staff was very professional and the decoration was carried out very nicely. The catering was performed very nicely and the services were great as well. The ambience of the venue was superb and we loved it.

    The experience was good. It could have been better if the date was different and there was only one wedding at the location.

    The space provided was good enough. Better management of food and stay can make things easier on the day of the wedding.

    Nice experience

    We had a good time with Leela. Their efficiency in service was commendable. There is still scope for improvement so I would lie to rate my experience with them a 4 on 5. They can improve on the food part.
