  Good experience

  My experience was good. I booked Shangri-La's Eros Hotel in Janpath for my Roka ceremony. Amazing food, wonderful decor, and a perfect venue for ceremonies. The staff was courteous and helped us with everything. I would really recommend them to everyone.

  Really disappointed

  I wanted to book them for my wedding. When I visted the venue, I met with a lady who was managing the venue that time. We had called before visiting and told them the basic details and only after that we went over the hotel to discuss things further. During the visit the lady was unnecessarily rude about our requirement and the budget even though we had disclosed it on the call itself. Wasn't expecting such a behaviour from the hotel's staff.

  best in Delhi

  It was my brother's wedding over here. The whole atmosphere was so beautiful. We hardly come to Delhi and we were told that this is the best in Delhi in the heart of Delhi

  Grand and lavish arrangements

  Not that i was expecting anything less from them,but they truly delivered. From food arrangements to the decor, everything was exceptional.

  Wonderful experience

  The hotel was superb and every thing was arranged perfectly as well. The staff was very professional and polite and the services were top notch. The catering was lovely and every one enjoyed a lot.

  Nice Venue

  Shangri'las was a very lavish and spacious venue. the ambience was amazing and the decorations were beautifully done. All the things were very well managed and handled by the team. The food was good too!

  Great venue

  The venue was very nice and everything was great with them. The catering, staff and servicing, everything was perfect and we really liked the whole experience. We would definitely recommend them to all.

  Great Venue

  Shangri-La offered a very luxurious service. The decorations and lighting were lavish and mesmerizing. The team of the hotel were very professional and they were attending every guest really well. Food was amazing too!
