Great everything
My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The property is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff members are extremely helpful and humble. A special mention to Nikhil at the front desk — he was very kind, courteous, and made the check-in process smooth and easy.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ghaziabad. -

My Sister's wedding at Radisson Blu Tower, Kaushambi in April, 2025 and I must say we got fabulous hospitality and support all through the event and from across departments.
1) Banquet halls are spacious, well lit and very ably supported by the Banquet Team who helped us in quick turnarounds of spaces for the next ritual/events. Venue was always ready before time, clean and adequately staffed and the manangement went the extra mile to take care of special needs/request including serving hot food until very late night for our cocktail event.
2) Kitchen/Chef staff surprised us positively as we came in with the imnpression that hotel food never matches that of wedding caterers. Food options available were numerous, taste was just awesome and we had zero complaints on service from our guests.
3) Front Desk staff went out of the way to accommodate to numerous room change requests from our guests (As they wanted to stay close to their immediate family/friends) and were very very co-operative for early check-in and late checkout requests for some of our guests. All this with a smile and never as a favour. Such personalized attention is very important in creating a HIT Shaadi !
4) HouseKeeping and Concierge team were always on their toes to tend to guest request and last minute wedding requrirements ensuring that the family focussed on enjoying the wedding while they took care of the chores/errands. All the good feedback we received for the wedding would not have been possible have we not got such a co-operative team in house-keeping/conceirge.
5) Security team ensured easy flow of guests and baraat in and out of the hotel and helped located missing phones etc- again full marks to them
6) Vendors for Decor (Nakul) and DJ (Deepak) also gave good service taking care of all our requests.
All in all, I would highly highly recommend Radisson Blu Kaushambi for weddings in NCR territory. I sincerely think, we couldn't have gotten a better venue and a better management team. 5 Stars rating. Full Marks. -

My experience was very good. The event was conducted very well. The food was really good. The staff & management were supportive. The catering & decor was in-house.
