They were hiding things

Earlier the hotel had taken the booking of 120-150 pax and they said they will allow this many number of people but later they said only 50 pax will be allowed at thevenue. they were hiding things. Otherwise, decor and food was good.

Very bad services

We had booked Goldfinch Hotel, Andheri East for my sangeet and tilak ceremony. The rooms part was great like we did not face any issue with the rooms or the person managing that part but the food quality was very bad. Also, the staff was not that professional. There were certain things that we were not informed about before and got to know about them during the ceremony. The taste for food was not the issue but it was stale as a few people did feel unwell later on. So our overall experience with Goldfinch Hotel was not good at all.

Food was good

I had ooked Goldfinch Hotel for my reception function. The food was good. The place was also good. They did not play the music much. They took all the safety measures very seriously.

Terrible management & site safety measures not taken

The place is good for a small gathering and the food was excellent. However, we had a small incident-we had booked the terrance and another section. Unfortunately, they had not covered the empty pool and two of the guests had an accident and were seriously injured. They did not have any crisis management and were very bad with the after service. Customer service was not up to mark and I wouldn't recommend it for that. The cake was also prepared by them and wasn't close to what was shown in the pictures.

Superb Hotel!

This place is Superb! We had an awesome time here. They were so organised and all the functions went well! We really enjoyed it. The food was too tasty and even the arrangements and decoration was awesome.
