Im writing this review after great though & deliberation. It’s been almost a year waiting for money that Travelux (Rishabh Mathur) has literally swindled from me. He has stopped answering our calls, texts and emails. This is the last straw and hopefully something good will come out of this, if not for us, atleast for other people.

I truly hope this review will prevent any future misadventures that Travelux has planned with other unsuspecting customers. Please Don’t fall for their flashy IG/FB pictures and polished language . These guys are not running a serious organisation and when matters go south they have no idea how to handle it professionally.

I had a shocking experience with Travelux during our last trip to Legoland Malaysia. They collected upfront payment from us for flight tickets and assured us that the booking would be confirmed. However, they failed to secure the tickets as promised as the flight was overbooked, leaving us stranded and forcing us to purchase last-minute tickets at significantly higher prices.

What made the situation even worse was their lack of accountability afterward. Despite repeated follow-ups, they have neither reimbursed the original amount paid nor compensated us for the additional costs we incurred due to their failure and gross mismanagement .

Communication was poor, and there was no initiative from their end in finding a solution. It was always from our end as it was our money at stake but professional companies should not operate in a such a manner.

I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before using their services. Reliability, transparency, and customer support are essential in the travel industry, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations.
Rishabh and his team are just an incompetent bunch masquerading as niche travel agents. Trust them with your holidays (and money) at your own peril.
