Don't trust this company. They don't commit their words. On Contrary, their only concern is money by hook or by crook. Their service is pathetic. They have ruined our mood by calling again and again. Every agent says different things in this company.

First of all i should thank Minto holidays for arranging such an awesome trip.

The arrangements and the trip was so good than we anticipated which made me to write this review.

I have opted for the delhi - Manali trip of 5 days/6 nights during second week of September.

They have arranged everything, modified the plan many times as suggested by me. I had requested for an good english speaking driver for the entire trip and they have arranged an awesome driver - Shashi

After reading multiple review comments on various travel agencies, i have finally choosen sushant travels as my travel agency.

I have approached them with my travel plan and they have quoted a decent price for the trip comparing the other travel agencies.

On the day of of my trip, they even upgraded my vehicle from a sedan to SUV without any extra charge. They had also arranged for a free roof top dinner in delhi.

I should personally appreciate Tanya for arranging everything in the trip, enquiring about our well being throughout the trip and even after completing the trip. The trip was really smooth and able to complete better than as planned only due to excellent travel arrangements.

Last but not least, i should mention about Shashi, without whom our trip would not have been awesome. He was terrific from the day 1, he reached the delhi airport one hour prior our pickup. He was always punctual, funny and used to share lot of his travel tales and experiences which made us to ignore the journey tiredness.

He will give at most respect and we never had a single bad experience with him, he will arrange everything and he was a professional photographer for us in the trip. His driving skills are too good and we never faced any uncomfortable situation while driving in ghat roads. He is really cool and we became friends with him in time. He was very experienced in Himachal Pradesh and Delhi, he made us to watch the sunset from backside of taj mahal which was not at all planned in the trip and it was really cool. I wish Shashi all the best for his future trips and may god bless his children with all the luck in the world.

Experience with Minto Travels Pvt Ltd was extremely bad. They charged Rs. 75000 for Dehradun,Mussoori,Hrishikesh and Haridwar trip(Meal system MAPAI) for 6 days.All the big boasts and promises were after we paid the full amount.Their helpline associates and customer care persons don't help you and put all the charges of problems only on you.Whatever problems you face regarding food, hotel, taxi, they won't help you and ask you to manage by yourself.Taxi driver was whimsical and arrogant.Parked the car far away from spots although other taxis were staying near spots. He was asking us to go by foot long distance although we had a senior citizen and a baby with us.Spots were not all covered.I would recommend every tourists who are thinking to book with Minto Travels Pvt Ltd. Think Twice.They won't satistfy your tour needs.You will be disillusioned after the tour. Don't go after their sugar coated words and false promises.Try some authorised reputed tour agencies with really real good reviews. Don't go after their fake reviews and colourful website.
Even after full payment at Dehradun our hotel booking at Hotel ND Menor was not not confirmed. we had to wait two hours and then find that we have to shift to another hotel.we had no food or menu choice although we had been told we would have choices.Some of other tour parties that stayed with us from Minto travels shared the same experience.

Ashirwad hotels and spa at Mussoori was a horrible experience.The rooms were congested, no ac, humid,hotel owner was rude, I'll tempered and foul mouthed.Foods were extremely unhealthy,tastless.gysures were not working, rooms were not safe, bothrooms were nasty and smelly. no cleaning staff.
DC Hills hotel was situated in such a high place from the main road and so steep road that my mother alomost died with lack of breath.Its like 15 minutes rock hiking.the location is not good. autos demand rs 300 to go to ram jhula if you book it.
On the last day the manager of Minto travels manager insulted us literally and the cab manger and the taxi driver also as we requested them just to go Nilkanth temple which was very near to Garur Chatti but it was not on our list. They literally threatened us to drop midway.we were very shocked and fearful at their behaviour.I with senior citizen and and a baby had no way but to listen to them.The travel experience was a nightmare for us. I humbly request everyone not to book any tour with them. I have all the proof to support my claims.
only good experience was with Hotel Riverdale in Haridwar. Although it was very short stay they were very hospitable.I would recommend Hotel Riverdale to book if you are on a tour to Haridwar and Rishikesh.

Careful, while booking through Minto Holidays, I booked my Kedarnath and Badrinath Trip with Minto Holidays and it turn out to be the biggest mistake, Agent makes all false commitments to grab the money as soon as possible, once you paid then they stop picking up the phone and their attitude changed. the hotel booking which was given in the booking voucher was not correct. they changed it on run time and ask to share a room in 5 sharing rooms(PRECISELY it is a dormitory), as per their deals with the hotel(Sorry - Low budget third-grade Stay) bare minimum services and the worst food(only dinner)provided. Overall it was a Pathetic experience and Minto Holidays people don`t pick a call and just start playing Passing the Bug. So please don`t fall into their trap `to save your money and enjoy your trip.`

A Nightmarish Experience with Minto Travels
I recently had the misfortune of booking a trip with Minto Travels, and I cannot express how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with their services. This company has managed to turn what should have been a relaxing vacation into an absolute nightmare.
Our itinerary was a disaster from start to finish. Driver was rude and arrogant which make us felt unsafe as he was behaving like a psycho criminal.
The hotels they booked us into were dirty and unhygienic. I felt like I needed to sanitize everything before using it. This is not what you expect when paying for a supposedly high-end vacation.
They promised for AC vehicle but driver didn’t turn on AC and after lodging the complain to Minto and their transport company friends tour, they both rejected the claim.
The hotel we stayed the dinner was Roti , Rice, Dal and mix veg which was pathetic.
They promised for Camp in Kedarnath with attached washroom but when we reached they don’t have any toilet facility and asked us to use the public toilet anywhere available.
Food wasn’t available as it had been told that it got finished and they actually sold the food to customers.
When I tried to address these issues, they simply shrugged off responsibility and blamed everything on unforeseeable circumstances. It's clear they have no intention of taking responsibility for their failures.
I strongly advise against booking anything with Minto Travel. They have demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and concern for their customers. Save yourself the headache and the money by looking elsewhere for your travel needs. My experience with them was a nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
