As an out-of-town groom with limited time, I entrusted Waves Catering, led by Shivam Bhaiya, with my reception. They surpassed all expectations, turning my trust into a phenomenal culinary experience.
Pre-Booking: Shivam Bhaiya was incredibly easy to work with, enthusiastically discussing menu ideas and preferences in detail. He told me all the finer details about each menu item and discussed my preferences multiple times without any ifs and buts.
Menu and Taste: While Waves offers set menus at different price points, Shivam Bhaiya is remarkably flexible and open to customizing dishes. The menu was extensive, and every dish was prepared and presented with exceptional culinary skill. Our diverse guests, including local, South Indian, and NRI attendees, absolutely loved the food and couldn't stop enjoying it! The pre-reception lunch and snacks were equally impressive.
• Recommendation: Start with their set menu and personalize it with your favourite dishes. They consistently deliver on quality and taste. My dad wanted ‘butte ka shorba’ for soup and Shivam bhaiya served it with popcorn toppings! I can’t stop talking about how good it was.
Cutlery and Service: Waves Catering paid meticulous attention to detail, using high-quality cutlery and serving ware. The servers were professional, attentive, and genuinely cared for our guests' needs. Having attended numerous weddings across India, I can confidently say that Waves provided the finest service I've experienced.
