I recently had the pleasure of attending my office boss's daughter's birthday party, and the catering was handled by Black Diamond Caterer. To say I was impressed would be an understatement—their food and service were so outstanding that I felt absolutely compelled to leave a detailed review. As one of the oldest and most trusted caterers in the Rajarhat-New Town area, they truly lived up to their stellar reputation.
While the entire menu was fantastic, there were two major highlights that stole the show:
Gondhoraj Paturi: Their signature Gondhoraj Paturi was absolutely phenomenal! The fish was incredibly tender, and the subtle, refreshing aroma of Gondhoraj lime made it unforgettable. It was hands down the best I’ve ever tasted.
Live Chinese Counter: The live Chinese counter was a massive hit at the party. Getting piping hot, fresh, and flavorful dishes customized right in front of us added a brilliant premium touch to the evening.
Every dish looked and tasted like it was served at a five-star luxury hotel. The modern presentation and freshness of the food were top-notch. -
