Personalization for Large Scale events

Tanya and her team recently executed an event for 4000 people at our corporate annual day. We would highly recommend them for any event. The following things stood out for us.

1. Crowd management: We had 4000 guests across 3 sessions. The turnaround time between sessions was impeccable with low waiting times for serving and quick session turnarounds.

2. Great cuisines that made our global guests and our employees- North and South Indians alike very happy. The food was amazingly delicious and tasty.

3. Hygiene and punctuality.

4. Service with a smile. Great hospitality.

No wonder they are among the best in India. Highly recommend them for any event be it weddings or corporates.

Perfect example for mismanagement and Unprofessionalism

Served at BEL foundation day function where we saw their inability to serve large gathering. The food was very low quality even some food items were went bad. Food was not freshly prepared, attitude of the attendant were very rude they were service the food as if we are begging them for food. Total disrespectful, cant recommend them for large gatherings and big events. Worthless service.

Worst caterer who spoils the event

They were hired for a Prime Corporate event and they made the event embarrassing by their pathetic catering services. The service was so pathetic that the food was stale and tasteless. Quantity cooked was less than 50 percent than the committed quantity.

Why they did this in a corporate event I don't know. I think it was intentional to save more money. They literallly failed to handle large crowd. The total failure was felt intentional to save money. This has totally spoiled the event environment bcos there was much hype about the food and the expectations were turned down totally.

Good services

Covid times bought a lot of worry to our minds. From the worry of hygiene to the menu being toned down to making sure everything was maintained keeping all govt norms in mind, this team perfectly executed it all. Tanya never lost her enthusiasm even though the count was brought down drastically for the wedding. She made sure the food was customized to our 50 guests & everyone got their favourites and we still had a blast.

Highly recommended this

Tanya from Day 1 gave us the assurance that all things were in control. With 50 people allowed for the wedding, we still wanted the best of food & services and Tanya made it happen. Her entire team was so kind & helpful. I haven’t seen any caterer take so many precautions on the food front. They sanitized the kitchen area on entry, they made sure the buffet tables had sanitizers placed everywhere, all their staff wear badges which display their temperature taken about 2 hrs before serving time. So the assurance my family got was simply amazing. They made sure covid did not impact our wedding, it only made it better. Highly recommend this team in these times.

Perfect services

Perfect team who serves really authentic food with perfect presentation & hospitality. In this current time of COVID when the worry is about safety & hygiene. They have come up with these very nice badges who display their staff temp, this gesture shows that this team really cares about the comfort of the guests. The temp reading was re assuring to all my family members.

Great services

We had booked Banquet18 for their services when the plan was to have a grand wedding for 800 people, but times changed & we had to then invite just a mere 50. We were unsure how tanya would go about with this. One conversation with her & this was sorted. WE decided to have a more realistic menu for 50 people. She recommended to order all our favourites – and this idea was a huge hit. From my grandmom having her authentic litti chokha to my cousins having a blast at the fusion desserts, she made sure all of this was done with great effort n with a smile. She is backed by her awesome team members, who go the extra mile to make sure everything is just fine. A special mention to Umesh – who makes dam good chaat

Good Service

Team Banquet 18 did a fabulous job. We had 2 cultures to take care of – one side being Marwari & the other side being Malyali. Initially we were sceptical since it was very diverse cuisines. But I have to tell you that both the cuisines were done to perfection. Both sides of the families were extremely happy with the food. The malyali sadya on the leaf was very authentic & the Marwari traditional items like daal bati etc were simply amazing.

Excellent service 👍

The most patient wedding vendor ever. From the time of inquiry to closure, we changed the menu a million times, with so many iterations too Tanya was her coolest best. Implemented everything like the way we wanted. She was present from the very beginning of the event to the end to make sure everything was perfect as committed. The food was amazing, people still talk about the wedding. It was a very good experience with Team Banquet 18. Would recommend them anyday.
