Very unprofessional behavior from the makeup artist. We clearly requested a simple HD makeup look for the reception bride, but she refused to proceed unless we paid for a full bridal package. After the makeup was done, the bride’s face looked droopy and poorly contoured—when we pointed it out, the artist casually said it would “set automatically,” which it didn’t. Eye makeup made the bride’s eyes look unusually small. On top of that, hair extensions that were supposedly included in the package were suddenly made chargeable during the session. Would not recommend.
