Sayma Sheikh is good at her work and does good job but its really hard to work along with her. She is very impatient lady and arguing lady. You just have to be on her terms to get things done else she is really short tempered and she is ok to leave the deal at any point of time. Seems she is very proud of her work and is pompous about herself. She can even leave you on your wedding day if things doesn’t work as per her or if you say anything to her which is not acceptable for her.
She has done this to me. She made me cry on my wedding day. Yes, its true. It was the very first function of my wedding on the venue. She at first came late as she took another booking on my Haldi carnival time- without even informing me and then post she came I asked why haven’t you informed me about your other planned booking and the fact that you will arrive late, she started yelling me and my family members. She said I won’t hear a single work against me and she packed up her setup along with her kid and husband wo comes along with her. And she started leaving my room when all my guests were only waiting for the bride to come and function started 2 hours back without the bride.
I could help nothing but cried, begged. My family
Members, my mom everyone had to gather to calm me down and bring this lady back. And then only after her husband consoled her she returned back. I was teary when she agreed to do my makeup. She spoiled my day - my wedding was about to start with this function. And it was my first appearance/look in front of all guests.

She indeed made my day memorable - I had to do my haldi carnival entry after I crying.

Her attitude is not good even though her work can be. As a MUA you have to be patient as you are dealing with the bride who has hired you for her life’s biggest day. After spending a lakh plus money on MUA.

Keeping Sayma as my makeup artist was biggest mistake of my wedding plan. I got my lesson that -

Not only the work of the person matters “but their good attitude, flexibility and the ability to stay calm is also important coz as a bride you can anyway be tensed due to 100 other reasons.
