Munira Sent on 02/06/2025From Disappointment to Delight: How Smita Saved the Day with a Last-Minute Bridal Transformation
In 2024, while searching for the perfect makeup artist for my wedding, I came across Smita. I was convinced she was the one, but due to budget constraints, we ended up booking a different artist. The Nikkah makeup turned out fine, and everything went smoothly.
Fast forward to 2025 this time, it was my sister-in-law’s wedding. We booked the same makeup artist again for her bridal look and chose Smita and her team for the sider makeup. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we hoped. There were several arguments with the bridal makeup artist (who I won’t name), and by the time of the bidaai, the bridal makeup had completely washed off. It was heartbreaking to see our bride disappointed on her special day.
At that moment, we made a split-second decision, we called Smita and asked if she could do my sister-in-law’s reception makeup. Despite it being a last-minute request, she graciously agreed, since she was already doing the sider looks. She managed everything flawlessly and completely transformed the bride. All of us were amazed at how stunning the makeup turned out, especially for the bride.
Huge thanks to Smita for stepping in when we needed her most and for giving her best to doll up our bride and the entire bride squad. She truly saved the day and gave us memories to cherish.
