She is very unprofessional and blackmailed me for advance right before 2 hours before my wedding time.
She didn’t honour the price negotiated before hand. I don’t recommend her at all.Makeup by Needhi Kkansal's reply:
Hi Kajal,
Hope you are doing well. I am really surpised to see this feedback from you after 1 year of serving you .
However, I would love to clarify the concerns raised from you :
1) Concern 1 : She is very unprofessional and blackmailed me for advance right before 2 hours before my wedding time.
My Answer: The quotation clearly mentions the exact lines as below :
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Important: We have received your advance payment of Rs.5000/- wherein 40% advance (Rs.16000/-) has to be paid immediately and the balance the balance Rs.18,617/- has to be paid once the Makeup artist reaches the venue and before the application starts."
Our company policy is clearly stated as above. Moreover, asking for payment and to honour the contract is not blackmailing.
I have still violated my contract for your benefit and still gone ahead in completing the bridal makeup first .
2) Concern 2: She didn’t honour the price negotiated before hand.
My Answer: You have taken extra services of your brother grooming, which was not a part of the contract and also travel was separate as mentioned in the contract. The contract says:
"The above charges are exclusive of travel charges and will be charged separately for two members: Makeup artist and Hairstylist"
Moreover, we have not charged a single penny for the 3 hours waiting charge just coz we want to support you and make you feel comfortable as the family is already stressed out during this day.
You looked stunning on your wedding day and has been appreciated by all of your relatives too but you have not shared any professional pics.
So, request you to share professional pics asap .
If still you have any unanswered queries ..kindly call me else you may delete the misleading review for my audiences.
