I recently had the pleasure of working with Sonal and it was nothing short of a magical experience. It was my first time collaborating with her. Since I was a kid, her mum has always made me look pretty, she has always been my go-to person for all the events, so, it was only apt for her daughter to deck me up and make me look the prettiest for my big day. I had no qualms about working with her.
I got in touch with Sonal 3-4 months before the wedding. I was very indecisive about what I wanted to look like for all the events and the different makeup techniques you have in the market today. She very patiently walked me through all the different techniques (Airbrush vs HD-makeup), her process, and the products she uses. She helped me decide on the techniques I could go with (I decided to go with Airbrush makeup for all my looks). I was in the States during the time and our conversations were very limited. I flew to India 2 weeks before the wedding and had no time to go with the trials. I sent her a few references to show what kind of makeup and hairstyles I wanted to go with and left the rest of the decisions to her on how she wanted to work her magic on me! And boy, did she make me look something out of a magazine!
The wedding was in Hubli, Karnataka and she flew all the way from Hyderabad. I was amazed looking at her work - very organized and professional! She came in early and set up her workstation. After every step, she would make sure I like what I see. Despite the time constraints, she did not compromise on her quality of work. She exclusively worked with premium brands, and it was evident in the flawless finish and long-lasting effect of the makeup. The application felt weightless, allowing my skin to breathe while still providing excellent coverage and enhancing my natural beauty. I felt pampered and relaxed and ensured that I felt my absolute best before leaving the chair and, I did! I looked exactly how I had imagined in my mind. I received so many compliments on all the looks she worked on me. I felt beautiful. She was also kind enough to help my husband out at the last minute with minimal makeup and he was surprised how he wasn't sweating a bit during this excruciating summer! This shows how amazing and warm a person she is!
I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding artist or simply any occasion! You can leave it to her to create the magic for you. You can trust her to deliver flawless results that will leave you in awe.
