I am writing to formally share my feedback regarding your services for my brother’s wedding on 7th and 8th February.

As per our agreed terms (attached screenshot), 50% payment was made in advance and the remaining 50% was to be paid on the final event day, i.e., 8th February. However, after the makeup on 7th February, you began insisting on immediate payment and stated that you would cancel the booking if the balance was not cleared right away. This created unnecessary stress and drama in front of all my relatives during an important family event and was completely unprofessional.

Your hairstylist broke my complete set of bangles. Neither you nor your staff showed any remorse or even offered a basic apology. This not only spoiled the look but also left us extremely disappointed with the way the situation was handled.

Chewing gum near anyone's mouth while doing eye makeup reflects poor professional etiquette and mannerism.

Showing attitude towards clients and responding disrespectfully to simple queries, especially after taking advance payment, reflects a lack of professionalism.

I am attaching screenshots as proof of our agreed terms and conversations.
