I had a very bad experience with Richa Mahajan (Ravishing-By-Richa, Instagram: @ravishing__byricha). She charged me extra money and did not adjust the advance amount that I had already paid. I feel cheated because she took extra payment unfairly. Even after messaging her multiple times, she is not replying and is avoiding refunding my money.

She also did not arrive on time, which caused major stress and delay. The makeup quality was very poor and completely different from what was discussed. She used her hands instead of proper tools, and the makeup started melting very quickly.

This behavior is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend her services to anyone. Please be careful before booking

We booked Ravishing-By-Richa (Instagram handle: @ravishing__byricha, user name: Richa Mahajan, Delhi makeup artist) who has a certificate from @glitzz_bygarima.

Firstly she came too much late she came at 8pm we asked her to came at 5pm. if she is coming at 8 than at which time bridal will get ready and go for groom.

Based on my experience, we chose her after seeing her Instagram page, which only features positive reviews. However, the makeup products she used were questionable. She claimed to use Mars products, but as someone who personally uses Mars foundation and compact powder, I noticed a significant difference. My makeup started running like sweat, even with a makeup spray applied. Additionally, she used her hands instead of a blender for application.

Three of us got ready by her: my mom, the bride, and myself. While it was somewhat acceptable for my mom and me, the bridal makeup was a disaster. Despite showing her a simple look, she ended up doing heavy makeup and the hairstyle was also unsatisfactory. She used a red lipstick instead of the requested nude one.

I would not recommend her services. If you are paying a good amount, you should receive quality service. It seems like she has focused more on creating a well-curated Instagram page rather than providing quality service to her clients. They use low-quality products and the overall experience was disappointing.
