Amit Karmakar Mua

Last month in November 2022 we have booked Mr Amit karmakar. Hence he is the advance makeup teacher of my cousin sister . And his post of works have caught our mindset. We booked him confirming the location and the date with a sufficient time to response. After a long conversation in what's he received our booking.
After a month they have text us that he had done a mistake and he cannot come to our place . Instead of that we have to reach them to the studio.
When we called them firstly his assistant and second time he himself said that , being a human we have done a mistake and for that we are not able to reach you.
Not a apology or anything.
We had same issue to reach his studio for time and distance. For that we have booked him 22000 instead of 18000 .only to home visit.
They said that we have informed you 1 year before.
That's there courtesy.
All fine

But my question is to Mr Amit karmakar , as I know that you have gained a fame in makeup , you have Student also.
You are so busy that you have kept am assistant aside with you.
You blamed your assisnt for the misunderstanding.
I would request you Mr Amit karmaker to fire that assistant who don't have the capacity to manage your dates.
And being in a position of top level if your commitment dosenot provides values, then you can not run a long way with quantity work.
Quality is the main source of the fame you reached.
I would suggest you mr karmakar be professional, try to keep your words . I think less famous good make artists have their face value. Rather than you .
I work in a service Industry.
We value our customers.
I hope one day you will understand the issue when you will face such problems in your life related to any other thing.
And then you will understand the commitment values.
I know what has happened.
When webbooked you . Might be you don't had any work on that day
But after a month hence you have received a lot of booking, for that you have cancelled.
No mistake has happened.

Amit Karmakar, known to be a very popular professional makeup artist, who is an expert in doing bridal makeup.
   Mr. Amit Karmakar was booked to do the bridal makeup on 5th January, 2019, for my marriage ceremony, which was scheduled to be held on 1st December, 2019, at my house in Dumdum cant. i.e., nearly twelve months in advance!!!.. As required by him, an advance payment of Rs. 2000 was paid. The contract with him was that he would personally carry out the makeup and was contracted for a total amount of Rs. 16000. This location was clearly given to him. Since Mr. Amit Karmakar is an expert in his field, this amount was mutually agreed to. He has the requisite knowledge and expertise in carrying out this makeup. 
   Surprise!!..Surprise!!..Surprise!! 
   We were looking forward to seeing his expertise on the occasion of the marriage ceremony.
    However, he surprised us by not attending this makeup work and instead sent his assistant to carry out this work. Despite his assurance in on January 5, 2019 that he would personally makeup the bride, he broke the contract by not coming. A number of phone calls were made to him, but it remained unanswered. So this was another serious disappointment!! from someone of his caliber and reputation. 
    Once you rely on someone, with a reputation like Mr. Amit Karmakar, and, he fails to attend or even answer phone calls, it leaves a very unfortunate and sad matter. The bride and her family got extremely upset and hurt by his behavior. 
    In future, I would never never recommend Mr. Amit Karmakar to my family members and friends and anyone who reads this story.
   Be careful!!! Beware!!...  before availing his services.
