  PATHETIC | TRAUMATIC | I hope you never cross path with them EVER

  Traumatic Experience!!!
  
  I booked them for my engagement makeup six months in advance and was very particular about my ready time of 7pm.
  
  I just recall myself crying inconsolably as they didn’t show up until 8.30 pm!
  
  But yes, they did send a highly amateur hair stylist, who couldn’t figure out what to do with my hair. Kept on asking me what to do, redid multiple styles, only to end up leaving my hair straight with no style.
  
  Aish/Shreya, I don’t know who the fuck she was, arrived at 8.30 with some non sense cocky attitude. She even misbehaved with my mom but eventually ended up having an earful from her.
  
  She took literally 25 minutes for a white cast makeup, proudly flaunting “Mai to aise hi krti hu”
  
  They are HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Girls, You don’t deserve such trauma on your special day!!

  Very professional and punctual.

  She is very professional and punctual. They did my makeup as I desired and she is very polite and cooperative. Also, she used high-quality and skin-friendly products. She did an amazing job.

  She did natural and flawless makeup

  She did my engagement and wedding makeup and I just loved it, It was superb. I'm very happy with the service, She did natural and flawless makeup. It was not like that someone has painted your face, it was natural and smooth. Just loved it.

  Pathetic customer service, don't book they will ruin ur day

  LONG POST BUT REAL ONE-MUST READ
  
  Well i must say that u guys provide the most pathetic customer service. Only doing good make up is not everything. Customer experience is the most important thing.
  So i am trying to reach you guys since 21st November & i haven't got response from anyone.
  
  And i would like to tell u guys that because of ur pathetic customer service i am getting into depression, i am going through sleepless nights. U guys r responsible for ruining my dream that i have been longing for 10 years.
  It was my 10th anniversary celebration & my daughter's 1st bday celebration on the same day. I longed for this day for 10 years as my engagement didn't happen earlier. So we were celebrating anniversary exactly like an engagement function plus it was God's blessing that my daughter was born on the same day. So we were very excited to celebrate the double occasions.
  But aishreya makeovers ruined it all by making me wait for 6 hours. I was just asked to sit from one chair to another and they were more interested in decking up their brides. There motto was to send the bride's before anyone else.
  I reached there at 3.30pm & I got ready while they were closing the studio at 9.15 pm.
  I was the host of my function & bcoz they were delaying my make up I got so late. My husband came to pick me up & he was furious that guests are there at the banquet and me the Host is still in the parlour.
  My husband stopped talking to me bcoz Aishreya ruined our function. Wat a great gift and repsonse I got on my 10th anniversary by my husband and it happened just bcoz of Aishreya.
  We had planned everything so nicely and in excitement but all the money got wasted bcoz of Aishreya.
  My photoshoot couldn't be done, my guests returned back as I couldn't reach on time. My kids photoshoot couldn't be done. We didn't even eat anything at our function. Even the banquet owner asked us to vacate the place as the time was over. Just bcoz of Aishreya I couldn't celebrate my day, my dream was not fulfilled.
  On top of this I got so many sarcastic statement that being the host u r reaching at 10pm, when people are leaving, I felt so much insulted and humiliated just bcoz of Aishreya Makeovers.
  Guys plz don't book your make up from them unless u r ready to stay there for minimum 6 hours and not in hurry to reach at the venue.
  There are many talented make up artist in this industry who are charging same or even less but they are providing best customer service. I have got my make up done by Kritids and Makeover by Manveen in the past, the price is same but they customer service is far far better and has no comparison with Aishreya.
  Aishreya studio is not at all neat, dirty washroom, they don't even have enough space to sit, I was asked to switch from one seat to another as there were many girls. I am wandering why did they take the booking if they had no space. Why did they ruin my day & my dream?
  They just wanted to make money.
  I have already told shreya about this but she didn't get back to me. These guys just don't give attention to another person's sentiments. My day is gone, my husband will never forgive me for ruining the day & for the insult we both had to face bcoz of Aishreya Makeovers.
  So after waiting for a month for ur response which I haven't got, even after calling you guys so many times, I want to let everyone know ur reality that u guys do not bother about humans.
  U guys only focus on making money.
  Hence I didn't get any response to my calls/msgs.
  But ruining my dream to make ur money is the worst thing that you have done to me.
  I know how deep is the pain inside me because you guys broke my dream, i had to go through such a trauma and insult by everyone.
  I have been harrased by you guys.
  The trauma and insult that i had to go through is killing me inside so much and it all happened bcoz of u.
  If anything happens to me only aish and shreya makeover will responsible for it for what they did to me on 20th November, 2021.

  According to the money the work is not good. We didn't like the makeover. Meri mother ne bun banaya tha and lift se bahar aate hi vo open ho gaya tha. Even mera makeup bi acha nahi tha thodi der baad skin bi aise grey tone si ho gayi thi, hamara experience acha nahi raha.

  make up is okay but very unprofessional rude and discourteous human being

  I booked my wedding and engagement function makeup from her, even for my friends and mother. I must say she was one of the major negativity during my marriage. if I look back I always regret getting my makeup done by her. She will talk super nice, and sweet to you till the time you get your booking done from her. They will say that they will remain in touch with you till your marriage day for any suggestions or preventive measures but after getting their advance they will take absolutely no interest in you. On the day of my engagement and marriage, they were extremely rude. They didn't even offer us water, and when my mother asked for water and any refreshments if available they misspoke badly with her, that why arrange that by yourself. We paid them 50k for both functions and they are so courteous that they can not even offer us water, tea, or any snacks(which is a faraway thing). On the day of my wedding, she fought with my cameraman, talked to him like he is garbage or something, she insulted them very badly, that time I lost my nerves and interrupted her. Imagine if you handled all this at your wedding. Even on the wedding day, I asked her politely to offer something like tea if possible to my mother as we coming directly from the wedding, she even denied that and insulted her too. I was on the urge of crying after my makeup, only because of her. Shreya is a very horrible and mean lady. DON'T TRUST THEM ON YOUR SPECIAL DAY, SHE WILL RUIN IT AND LEAVE YOU WITH A BAD MEMORY. Anyways their work is not that extra ordinary, this day comes once in your life and I still regret getting my make-up done by them on such a special day.

  I booked her for my wedding makeup. She was very nice and professional. She used high quality product that went very well with my skin. The makeup was long lasting and I really liked the look that she have created.

  Dissatisfactory wedding look

  I had hired the team's services for both my engagement and wedding makeup. While my engagement look had come out really nice, I did not like the work they had done on my wedding. As a bride, I felt there was nothing distinguishing about it. The team, however, took all the required measures for sanitisation and the products they used were good.

  Great experience

  Aish and Shreya are really good at what they do. The had a lot of suggestions in mind and were great at executing those. It was value for money. The only part i would like them to improve would be their flexibility i.e. they should be more open to brides ideas.
