  Product was as per my expectations

  Wonderful place to find beautiful ethnic outfits. I’m wearing them to my brother’s wedding and look really elegant. Quality is amazing and I am happy with my purchase.

  Clothes were truly wonderful as expected

  Outfits were exactly as expected. We ordered a lehenga and a saree and both were of really good quality and delivered on time. Very happy with the service from Panash India. Thank you

  Great service, Love shopping again

  
  Great store! I love their clothes and the prices! This is my third order with them. My order came in just a week, and when I tried the clothes, too good! The quality is amazing! Keep those high end luxury drapes coming. Thank you for making me look beautiful!

  Total scam

  Really bad quality and on top of that a damaged piece. Won't Reply to emails and Won't take returns ot refund. Never buy from this company.

  Terrible customer service

  Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. I ordered for my event more than a month ahead of time, when I ordered it said that it would take 15 days to ship, which would have been more than enough time. It was getting close to the event and I still did not have my outfit. I emailed MULTIPLE times to cancel the order and request a refund as I had to find a new outfit since the Panash outfit would not have gotten to me in time. It has been about a month since my event and I STILL have not gotten this resolved as customer service continues to ignore my many requests for communication. I did end up receiving my order, five days after my event. My order is still in the box as I do not need it and still hope to return it since I requested multiple times that the order be cancelled before it shipped.
  
  TLDR; Customer service is terrible, do not order unless your event is three months out as you probably will not receive your order in time, and you will not get ANY help from customer service. Disgusted that I wasted my money.

  Horrible Company

  My daughter ordered lehenga choli. She sent measurements, they sent an incorrect size after charging her for customization. now they won't alter, exchange or accept the return. She's out $143. This is a scam. We will never shop there ever!

  Did not get items delivered or money

  I underwent tremendous stress and financial loss, as order wasn't delivered as promised. Before placing an order for bridesmaids dresses for a wedding, I inquired regarding delivery timeline for my location via WhatsApp. They were very responsive and prompt in replying. They assured me it would take 13 days to deliver it to me once the order was placed, hence I went ahead and ordered. Few days after the order I messaged them on WhatsApp with my order information, making them aware that the order was time sensitive and it's significance given the occasion but did not get a response. After anxiously waiting and not receiving shipping confirmation or order update past 10 days of the order, I inquired and was told that my order was delayed and they were working on it. However, the days kept passing but order status update notification never came, and they remained unresponsive. I made every possible attempt via WhatsApp, email, phone but could not get a hold of them or get reply. After taking my money, they decided to become unavailable and unresponsive. I ended up with no dresses for the bridesmaids for the wedding, was too late to order from anyone else, stores in the USA don't carry more than one piece of the same item, and I lost my money. I cannot begin to express the stress and hardship they put me through both emotionally and financially.
