It was a nightmare working with Aashna. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING ANYTHING FROM THEIR STORE. Aashna doesn't know how to run a business. She's so unprofessional. Don't believe the positive reviews and get fooled. There's honestly nothing great that someone else cannot make for you, save your time and energy and shop somewhere else.

Customer satisfaction is something which doesn't seem to be a word which is being catered for, they want you to accept whatever they deliver without any feedback and the behaviour is extremely blunt.

Highly arrogant and acquisitive owners. Got trapped to forcefully buy a 70k worth dress from them.
Stuff is good but all the items have similar designs and patterns. And ofcourse over-priced. Not good people to do any business with.

The service and etiquette displayed by the shop owners is a disgrace. Don't bother choosing a design because they will give you something entirely different last minute by when it will be too late to even go to another shop

I went to their store in Rajouri Garden with my Best Friend for her wedding functions and I was amazed to see their stunning trendy collections of ethnic wear dresses. The latest designs and work is so good. Definitely try once. It is one of the best designer stores for ethnic wear dresses in West Delhi.

Will NOT NEVER EVER recommend anyone to do bridal or trousseau related shopping here. My sister n law and I, had a very bad experience for our bridal lehengas. They did not deliver the exact purchased lehengas and delayed the deliveries causing us excessive stress and anxiety especially since our wedding location was outside delhi. They were rude and insulting after the payment was done. The designer, brother and mother were all part of the transaction of being very mean with us. But thankfully since we had taken pictures of the purchased lehengas we were able to show them evidence of how the lehenga was below quality and different from the original product. Even then, they refused to give us the accepted product so when we told them we would call the police to settle this dispute as we had already paid them the entire sum and this was fraud. It is then they changed their demeanor a bit and gave us the product as per the picture. But my sister in law's lehenga they did not change and we could not chase them as she got her lehenga very close to the wedding date and she had to leave delhi and no more alterations were possible by then. Despite their horrible behaviour with my lehenga they had not changed their unprofessional behavior when it came to my sister in law's lehenga. What's the point of ruining your special day when you deal with crooks who are charging and not giving you what you pay for. We have stopped shopping from here and will not recommend this place to anyone. Deal with them with caution your hard earned money is precious. BEWARE!!!

My fiance got her outfit from bharti and aashna and it was pretty good!

I got my bridal outfits from this store and it was superb and I really enjoyed every bit of it. The outfits were great and the fabric was really soft and comfortable. The pricing was within our budget and I was really satisfied with them. No complaints at all.

Disgraceful owners, no etiquettes it manners.
Firstly, they overcharge as soon as they see one is interested. Secondly, make fake promises like I am a great designer, I will give you the best piece. And then thirdly, make horrible cheap cost cut pieces and then misbehave and harass customers when they ask for what the paid for.

The store had a very good collection of lehengas as per the latest trends. They had Bollywood replicas as well. The did the fitting of the blouse very well. They were not at all overpriced. Loved the material.
