I gave them my bridal blouse and saree border work, trusting them with one of the most important outfits of my wedding.

Initially, I was quoted **₹88,000**. Later, I was told it could increase by another ₹10,000, which we agreed to. Eventually, the price increased by around **₹20,000 extra**, and we were still willing to proceed because I wanted my bridal outfit done properly.

From the beginning, I clearly explained and provided the design I wanted. However, when **Nasreen**, who was handling my blouse, sent the initial paperwork, almost none of my requested details were reflected. When my fiancé and I raised our concerns, it turned into an argument.

We then spoke to the owner, **Sakina Ahmed**, and even requested another designer, offering to pay extra. She refused and assured us that she would personally handle everything.

We later approved the revised design and specifically requested a hand-embroidery sample. When I didn't like the colour combination, it was changed. However, when we later saw the embroidery, **my name had been embroidered incorrectly**, despite specifically requesting my name and my fiancé's name. For a bridal blouse costing over ₹1 lakh, this was extremely disappointing.

The most frustrating part was the contradictory communication. When we raised concerns about the paperwork, we were told to trust the process and that it would look better after embroidery. But once the work progressed, we were told that changes could not be made because the paperwork had already been approved.

The worst part happened when we were called to the boutique again. Instead of having a professional discussion, **Sakina Ahmed started yelling at us and repeatedly interrupted us**. She mentioned making blouses worth ₹50–60 lakh for clients “mei 60-70 lakh ka dresses banake fhaikti hu” and questioned why we were asking for changes to ours.

This may be one of many outfits for the boutique, but **this was my wedding and my bridal blouse**.

We were then spoken to extremely disrespectfully and told to leave. We were told: **“Jaake kisi gali ke tailor se stitch karwa lo apna blouse. Yahan pe mat aao.”**

After almost **three weeks**, we were suddenly told to take back our sarees and blouses and that they would not continue the work—just **five days before my expected delivery**.

We accepted price increases, listened to their suggestions, and cooperated throughout. All we wanted was proper communication, respect, and a bridal blouse that reflected what had been discussed.

For the amount charged, I expected professionalism and respectful customer service. Instead, I was left stressed and devastated just days before my wedding.

**I am sharing my genuine experience so other brides and customers can make an informed decision.**

They were extremely unprofessional and showed very little business etiquette throughout the process. There always seemed to be a reason why things could not be done according to my requirements. There are many talented designers in Bangalore who charge more reasonable prices and, more importantly, listen to their clients' needs. Please do not fall for the “celebrity designer” image alone. I was willing to pay such a huge amount because I believed that paying a premium price meant I wouldn't have to constantly monitor every detail of my bridal blouse. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Brides, please be careful and do your research before investing such a significant amount of money.
