The dress was really good. We had a specific theme in our mind & they were able to deliver that. Also, the delivery of the dress was on time as we had gone in a hurry. Their services was good. Cloth quality was good.

1. Lehenga was made an inch short. When asked about it, they took half an hour to get the receipt and had changed the measurements that were on the order receipt using a whitener! We could only catch this because we took pictures of everything when we placed the order.

2. The dupatta was of different color than the lehenga! They gave us another one of similar color with slightly different work than lehenga (work-able though) but that had a cut in it when we came back home. When told about this, they finally agreed to make one more and then called within a couple of days again with a different color of dupatta (peach) than lehenga (red).

3. And all this a week before the wedding. The order was delayed by 15 days in the first place, not giving us any time to look for a new one.

4. And on top of lying, making us visit their store again and again in the hope of we will just accept what it is, they were rude and unprofessional! They said, "this is the last change and whatever it is, it is". WHAT DOES THIS EVEN MEAN? If you give an order you cannot get some other thing and not expect the customer to want the thing that they ordered and you promised to deliver!

Very distraught from the experience. Sure, they do have good designs but trust me, you don't want to deal with them and left hanging with nothing good a week before your wedding!

Got the bridal lehenga of the bride's side from Lalit Dalmia. Excellent experience with them. Loved everything about this place. Everything was out of the world, the cloth, the design, and the quality. The staff was also very polite and friendly. Great, great experience.

One of the best designers. You can fall in love with their exquisite collection. I got my lehenga and the engagement gown from there. If you want to get a designer piece for your wedding, go for Lalit Dalmia. Best investment. Worth the money as per a designer store.

I went to Lalit Dalmia for my wedding shopping. It is a great store for wedding shopping. The collection available at the store was very good and they had beautiful designs and the colors also but I felt it was very costly and towards the higher end range. The staff and service were good at the store.

But the staff was not polite with us and they were very rude. They were not on time and they did not give us proper services and when it comes to communication they are very rude. I got my lehenga finalised in the fourth visit and it was not delivered on time. First three visits the lehenga did not fit me properly and I had to come again and again at the store. They delivered me the lehnga after 10-12 days and not on the confirmed date. After that also, I had to visit them to get it fitted as per my size. Lastly, I really liked my lehenga but the services are really poor.
