I purchased my wedding outfit from Lalit Dalmia. Everything went well with them. They delivered the outfit on time with the right fitting. It was customised really well and they made the entire process very smooth. The services were upto the mark.

I ordered a dupatta from Lalit for the wedding for 10K Rs. I tried the dupatta and asked them to pack it along with my lehenga and other accessories. When they packed the dupatta they packed the one they used for the trial. When I opened the lehnga and all its clothing 2 hrs before getting ready for my wedding, I was surprised to see that the dupatta they packed after showing me the right one is wrong. Girls dream is to look best on the wedding day but due to Dalmia careless attitude and service towards the customer, I had no option but to carry the dupatta they use for trails for my wedding. When I went back to them after marriage they told me that we can not do anything because you have used the Dupatta. We spoke to Mr Sandy who is the manager of the store at Kohat Enclave. He told us that because you have used the Dupatta we can not give you your dupatta which you ordered or refund you the money and to take the trial dupatta.
They have both the Dupattas and Rs 10000 and I am left with nothing.
We tried to contact Lalit, owner of the group and his response was he will look into the matter and resolve this. It has been 2 months till today and I have made several trips to the store but every time I go there they give me the same response. I am left with no other option to bring this in public so that Lalit can read this and take necessary action. It is about principles and work ethics.
I need my dupatta back which I ordered not the trial one Which I believe they have sold it to another customer because they can not present that dupatta to me when I asked for it. I have been trying to contact Lalit and Sandy but no response. I am left with no other option but to take necessary action. Lalit Dalmia take the necessary action and resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you

The dresses were awesome and the designs were wonderful as well. The attire looked lovely and the quality was wonderful as well. It was a wonderful purchase and we were really satisfied with the pricing.

I must say this shop has the best collection of Clothes. I visited almost all the shops but found what I exactly wanted here. The people never get tired of showing you all of the collections. Friendly n polite. They offered tea and the restrooms since I had travelled from far. The staff to show all of the variety n designs as I was shopping. Do visit and find what u want here.

Lalit Dalmia really knows the clothes and is super helpful, friendly and approachable. The quality and unique design of the pieces are definitely worth the price. I’m continually surprised by this place. The clothes are amazing and the customer service is above par. You should go here, not only for the selection and the curated clothes but because they care about their customers and is willing to go that extra mile to make sure they’re completely satisfied.
