Disrespectful staff, Scam owners - Avoid Avoid Avoid
Please don’t buy from this shop, horrible experience, especially for brides.
I had booked a very expensive bridal lehenga from them, trusting their brand and promises. But this has turned into a complete nightmare. The blouse I received just 7 days before my wedding is torn, with loose threads and unfinished work, absolutely unacceptable for a bridal outfit of this price.
When I raised this issue, instead of helping, they outright denied any responsibility and said they can’t do anything about it. What’s worse, they started shouting at me and were extremely disrespectful, which sadly matches how they have behaved from the very beginning.
I was left completely stranded just days before my wedding, after spending such a huge amount. I’ve been crying out of stress and disappointment, and they still refuse to provide any support or replacement. Their attitude is unbelievably rude and unprofessional, they simply don’t care once they’ve taken your money.
It was only after I posted negative reviews, the owner’s son called and promised to give a resolution. Since the wedding was just days away I put my trust once again only to get disappointed, lied to and being harassed again. A week later when I reached out to get the blouse again they handed over an unstitched piece and started fighting that they never promised a stitched blouse. I have attached the screenshot of how the owner’s son manipulated me to remove my review and blocked me from their instagram account.
Please, avoid this shop at all costs. Their quality control is terrible, their customer service is dismissive, and their behavior is shockingly disrespectful. Brides deserve better than this kind of treatment. -

Spoiled my wedding by choosing them for bridal lehenga
Purchased my wedding outfit from here, whose delivery date was 9 nov but it was ready on 5 nov so I visited the store to collect the outfit where I found that they created the huge mess and made the outfit disaster, after so much arguments the owner of the store assured me that he'll resolve the issue and change the delivery date from 9 nov to 13 nov as my wedding date is 15 nov in haridwar I had no option but to take a risk so I agree and gave them a chance to resolve the issue but today (13 nov) my outfit was not ready till 6 p.m. and they were forced me to wait as they don't have refund policy I paid them Rs.26000 on 10 Oct and Rs.4000 on 13 November (today) for an incomplete outfit which was not stitched the lehnga flares was not provided by them as promised, the work on dupatta was not same as promised and also they even did not provide me the waist belt, now I'm in a different city for my own wedding without a wedding outfit, all thanks to them. I don't understand how they run their business in market because as much as your wedding is precious for you as same as it was joke to the shop owner because when I asked for refund he said " kisi ki aatma kalpa k ap subh kaam krne k liye jare ho" instead of apologize he shows the arrogance and attitude towards me.
Your wedding day will be spoiled if you trust them because their only purpose is to earn money. -

They had a truly amazing collection of lehengas fro,m traditional to indo western to bollywood replica everything in the store. They had really reasonable prices with some great designs and colours. The fittings were absolutely great.
