I recently purchased 2 suits for me and sherwani for my husband from GetEthnic.
Initial conversations with Richa (main designer) were pleasant and friendly but overall experience was extremely dissatisfying.

I live in US and mostly had conversations with Richa over whatsapp calls. I had shown pictures of suits and sherwani that I needed to get custom made for an event.
Richa sent videos of how to take measurements and insisted for video call. Even though we could not have a video call, i was able to right, specific measurements for both me and my husband.

They had glitches in delivery and wrote wrong delivery address on the package so the package was almost about to be misdelivered, somehow with some calls, we were able to get hold of the package

Suits were extremely dissatisfying and were a complete disappointment. Both the suits had the perfect measurement i gave them but the styling and the way they stitched was improper. I had requested multiple times for a short dupatta and super disappointing to share, dupatta actually was longer than usual.
Stitching had major glitches all over and suits did not even come close to the pictures i had shared with them.
They charged 10 times more for the suits and the delivery was absolutely trash. It was a complete waste of money for both the suits. Fitting and styling of the suits were not even close to what pictures were.
Both the suits were disappointing that i had to buy another suit from Manyawar one day before the event and fortunately, i had something nice to wear.
For sherwani, they forgot to put belt buckles on the pant. Both the pant and the jacket were super tight and unconfortable to wear. I had requsted that sherwani should have deep pockets, but sherwani was sent without a pocket.
Again, fitting and style of the sherwani was not at all close to the picture i had sent. I could have got a much better sherwani from Manyawar at a much lower price.

They charged in dollars and charged 10 times more expensive than the market. Overall absolutely trashy and ridiculous experience with GetEthnic.
Richa was not ready to admit their mistake and kept on blaming me that i did not give them the right measurements.
She did not understand that the problem was not measurements but stitching, fitting and styling.

GetEthnic is complete rip off and 100% waste of money.

I got a Bridal lehenga from this store. I always wanted Anushka's Sharma bridal lehenga, but was not able to find out in any marketplace. Then 1 day i was checking on the internet i got to know about Getethnic. They customized the exacts same lehenga for me and that too in my budget. Great Thanks to them to made my day so special.

Thanks GetEthnic for this wonderful experience. I was looking for my dream outfit in different place.But I must say this one stop destination to get everything. I got all 4 dresses from here as per my color preference,size and preferences. Thanks Richa it really means a lot to me.

I got a groom Sherwani for my older brother. We got it customised as he is plus size. And they have don't it so perfectly. Just loved their service. Will get it touch with them soon.
