Never purchase this brand. They cheated me for 590000 and gave me torn blouse and dupatta.
They ruined my whole wedding day. I will never recommend this brand

the brand is not taking any responsibility and the issue is not being resolved by them.

I bought wedding lehenga from asiana couture, They have a good collection and huge variety with the latest design. The staff was working very patiently and helped me a alot. I got my lehenga on time and it was perfect.

THEY CHEATED ME FOR RS. 50,000.

The context: I chose a wedding lehenga, confirmed it with a 50,000 Rupees advance. Within 3 days realised it is not the one for me, so called to replace the order of 2.4 lacs worth lehenga with any other merchandise worth the advance of Rs. 50,000 from their store.

But the Asiana couture store manager lied about the lehenga already being under process (just within 3 days), rudely dismissed my request, insulted my mother and refused to let me buy anything else in place of the lehenga and never gave me back the 50,000 Rupees.

4-5 months later I get a call from one of their entry level staff, informing me that the work on the lehenga has not been started yet and will not start until I have made a full payment of Rs. 2.4 lacs. Their lie was caught but they still did not admit their deceit. They still did not let me use my advance amount to buy anything else. I even have voice recordings from this day.

Never have I ever seen more money-minded, disrespectful and soulless businessmen who have no work ethics, no emotions, no rationality and no decency.

It is my sincere request to Asiana Couture even after 3 years, to show a sense of humanity and honesty by at least allowing me to rightfully spend my own hard-earned money on something else from your store.

Let’s see if the management has changed for good or if it chooses to turn a blind eye yet again. How truly heartbreaking

I went to Asiana Couture to buy my bridal lehenga. They have a very nice quality, and the material they used was very pleasant. My experience was good, and I liked their collection, designs and distinct colours. I would recommend them to every future bride.

I got my bridal lehenga from Asiana couture, and it was an okayish experience. The designs and variety were lovely. They had a lot of options to pick from. One thing I did not like was the delivery timing of the place. It spoiled the whole mood, so I do not think I would recommend this place to anyone.

Asiana Couture is one of the best options in Chandni Chowk to shop for weddings and occasional wear. The prices are pretty genuine. The quality and variety of clothes are also very excellent. I loved the pieces that I picked up for myself and my family.

Massive collection of wedding lehengas and other bridal wear at this store. You will easily find what you are looking for within your budget—various designs and styles. I loved the pieces I bought for my wedding. Go for it in this store in Chandni Chowk.

I mean, it's bridal couture, and it's a very known brand. Their collection was really good. Asiana couture has a pretty good collection, and they have the variety that every bride would dream of; not that they have the Sabhyasachi lehnga, but they have their own bespoke style. Marwad couture is one of them. Their collection matches the taste of today's trends.

Save your money and your time. AVOID going here at all costs because they clearly don't care about their clients time. I went here thinking it would be a great place to get my wedding clothes as well as my families clothes. Made the appointment and went and waited. After 1.5 hours of waiting even when I had an appointment they still wouldn't see us. So I walked out. Making people wait even though you gave them an appointment and confirmation is disrespectful and I saw your sari's and they were mostly overpriced cheap quality organza saris. Save your time and money and go to these other stores in the meantime: Sudhair Bhai Saree Wala in Chandni Chowk, Frontier Raas, Ejaaz Couture, Bombay Selection (great mendhi/haldi clothes), Diwan Saab for mens clothes, The Raymond showroom for suits and tuxes, House of Gungaat, Royal Rivaaz. Oh and if you go outside of Delhi and go to Jaipur, try Pratap & Sons, their designer dresses and prices are to die for.

Basically shop everywhere but here because they don't treat you right. At this point they're valuing brand over quality and charging 3-5 lakhs for dresses worth less than 50,000 rupees.
