  Honest Customer Review after Visiting This Store
  This place truly reflects the saying “Big shop, poor service.” I want to share my real experience so others can make an informed choice.
  
  No one attends you properly.
  
  Staff neither shows you the clothes with patience nor allows you to check sarees freely.
  
  Even if you buy a saree worth ₹10,000, they will not polish or pack it with care.
  
  The sarees are poorly maintained, and if you point it out, the salesmen become rude, saying things like “We open sarees all day, if you don’t want, don’t waste our time – many customers come here.”
  
  Complaint handling is zero – they don’t even listen.
  
  During returns, be ready to stand in line for 2+ hours.
  
  
  Overall, this was a disappointing and insulting experience. Honestly, you will get better respect and service in an open market, even if you pay a slightly higher price. At least you won’t be treated like a burden.
  
  I had heard such negative reviews from countless people earlier but never believed them, since no one had written it online. Yesterday, after facing it myself, I decided to share this experience so others are aware. Now the choice is yours – go ahead at your own risk.

  Very bad management. Never even step on the door of this shop. It is unnecessarily too much hyped.

  
  
  
  The sheer volume of the crowd created an environment that was not just chaotic, but dangerously unsafe, culminating in severe injuries that could have been easily avoided. It’s appalling that there was a complete lack of effective management, oversight, or any semblance of order, leading to a situation that could have spiraled out of control at any moment. The utter disregard for visitor safety and welfare is not just disappointing; it’s a gross negligence that reflects a disturbing trend in places that prioritize profit over the well-being of their patrons.
  
  As someone who expected a safe and enjoyable experience, I am infuriated by the blatant mismanagement and the complete absence of basic safety protocols. It’s shocking to think that such establishments can operate without accountability for the conditions they create. The disregard for maintenance and proper crowd control is not only unacceptable but raises serious questions about the priorities of those in charge. They seem to have forgotten that the very people who support their business through ticket sales and attendance are the same individuals they are endangering.
  
  It’s not just about my experience; it’s about everyone who was subjected to this hazardous situation. No one should have to endure such a risk simply to enjoy what should be a leisurely outing.   Review about sarees

  I bought 25 sarees for gift purpose from Arun Vastra Bhandar, Chandni Chok of which 8 sarees were defective. When I went to them for returning defective sarees they told that they will not return money. Then I purchased suits for my wife.
  I received the defective complaints from my relatives to whom I gifted. I shocked and felt ashame.
  I recommend the customers not to buy sarees from him.
  Always purchase sarees from the shops where sarees are opened and shown to the customer for any defects.

  Worst service by staf

  According to me the service is the worst. The staff does not know how to speak, they using to abuse anyone, they speak like this, if you want to take it then take it, otherwise go

  Mera experience inke saath achcha tha. Lehenga inhone time par deliver kar diya tha but fittings mein thode issue lge. Inke staff ka behaviour achcha tha. Although ye jagah overcrowded hai aur bohot wait krna padta hai.

  They have a good collection and variety

  I bought saree and suit for our guest. The place was crowded. They have a different section for lehenga/suit/lehenga / costly lehenga. They have a good collection and variety. The staff was cooperative and helpful.

  Meri sister ne apna bridal lehenga and engagement dress yahi se purchase kiya tha. Inke paas collection acha tha or variety bhi sahi thi. Store ka staff kaafi cooperative and helpful tha. Hamara experience acha tha inke sath.

  We bought so many saree's from them, The quality of the fabric was nice and the prices were fair. We got everything on our budget. They have a collection and variety. The staff was very cooperative and supportive.

  I bought bridal lehenga for my wife. hum starting se hi yaha visit karte hai shopping ke liye, inke paas kaafi acha collection hota hai lehenge or saree ka, even meri Mumma bhi yahi se shopping karti hai. Inka collection and variety kaafi achi hoti or inka staff bhi kaafi cooperative and helpful hai.

  Great collection

  Apne apni wedding sherwani yaha se purchase kiya hai. Inke paas collection kaafi acha hai or variety bhi kaafi hai. yaha ready made sherwani available rehti hai agar kuch fitting karani ho to ye hand to hand kara kar de dete hai. Store ka staff kaafi helpful hai.
