Appalling customer service after awful tailoring
Beware. Do NOT BUY from this shop. Appalling customer service. Bought a 7K dress from here which had to be altered. Multiple errors. Owner acknowledged the tailoring was not satisfactory and he was at fault. The only option he was willing to offer was to do further tailoring which would take “a very long time” according to the seamstress. He knew we had an overseas international flight the next morning and so this was not possible. He refused to offer a replacement piece at similar cost ( we even offered to buy a more expensive item) let alone a refund despite acknowledging he was at fault His response was “it’s not possible”. As the owner of the shop of course he makes these decisions and it is possible. So there was no adequate solution offered. Appalling customer service. We left the ruined item at the shop. Terrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE. Total lack of any skill in the tailoring and a stubborn owner who would not find a solution that would result in a happy customer. -

Aggarwal Creations is one of the best place where you can find your dream outfit for wedding for the whole family, whether for bride, her sister or mother. This place has most sought out designs & best thing is that staff is very very helpful & patient. Strongly recommend for all the brides to be. Keep the good work up. -

Amazing place for bridal lehenga....
I m in love with this place, kind of varieties they had in different prices.... Bought a beautiful lehenga from here exactly similar to what i wanted to have. -
