  Badly got cheated

  Old gold for exchange 22 carrot purity became 21 carrot after melting and accordingly 12000 rs got deducted from the price of old gold. After melting it's weight should get reduced and purity should increase whereas it became opposite weight remain same and purity went down. It's nothing but the hidden malpractice that could not be caught.
  
  Please beware of it.
