There was absolutely no fault on her part; the issue was only with the product, as there was a slight problem with the nose pin. I have now got it changed, and I am very happy with the service provided by Ma’am. She was very polite, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. I really appreciate her behaviour and excellent customer service. Thank you so much ma'am
