    Cheating us using earing mattal instead of back chain for necklace

    We purchased a necklace in Tanishq , gandhipuram branch, Coimbatore.. For the necklace we asked back chain. Sales person RAMYA showed a chain set saying these are the back chain models. We purchased one pair. That day goldsmith was not available. So we went another day for attachment with the necklace. But the goldsmith in Tanishq told us it is earing MATTAL chain. When we asked for an exchange they refused. Am not able to wear the necklace using MATTAL chain. Ramya doesn't dono which is back chain. How can we relay such a shop with such a salesperson. We have got cheated by the Tanishq shop, gandhipuram branch, Coimbatore. I would request the customers don't believe these salesperson in Tanishq. They are poor qualified. Dono which is the correct chain. Trying to cheat regular customers. But they are so good in convincing customers for monthly gold plan schemes. Such an irresponsible tanishq branch. I have lost our money in purchasing wrong chain. Don't believe these cheating jwellery shops

    Very bad quality gold

    As per attached Complain Copy (CCAF NO. FBD2302981)
    I have purchased Chain from your Tanishq Branch Address: B/53-54, Nehru Ground, NIT, Faridabad, Haryana 121001.
    We purchased in July 2022 One Year One Month Completed. Seriously, I am telling you my wife has been wearing this chain Regularly only One Month from the 13th Month.
    Sir we purchased only for the reason of BRAND, Good Quality Product but as per attached image you can check its good Quality?
    My Request to you please replace this chain or refund my money and i know that you give me a good solution. We customers need satisfaction. That's why we purchased from brands

    Never gift e-gift coupons

    I purchased e gift coupon as a wedding gift for a friend. She did not receive the gift coupon at all. There is no way to get any response from Tanishq and I have spent hours and days calling customer service. Its been 10 days and its very embarrassing as I have to keep asking the bride to check her email for the coupon!!! Tanishq refuses to send an sms or do a callback. I am in a fix and will never use Tanishq cards ever.

    Great Options

    Tanishq is an amazing option for wedding jewellery. I and my partner took our wedding jewellery from this store. They offer a very good collection and the quality of the jewellery was amazing and very comfortable too.

    A great experience!

    My wedding ring was from here and I was very much happy with my purchase, both quality wise and the design. They have an amazing collection of unique designs. It was all worth the amount paid by us. No complaints at all. The staff was also very polite and accommodating and also patient I would say as finding that perfect wedding ring does take some time.

    amazing jewellery

    For Jewellery I guess the first name that comes to the mind for anyone has to be Tanishq. It is a trusted brand and offcourse that was the major reason we bout the weddinng jewellery form the. Good and value for money.
