  Very rigid and rude owner.

  The owner gave us a defected piece promising that it is only a reflection of lights but the stones were all black. When we tried to get it changed owner was very unaccomodating and rude and said he doesn't care about losing customer.
  Very unprofessional and selfish.

  unique jewellery they have

  I have been a regular customer of Soni Sapphire since 2012. I get my party wear jewellery from there quite often. One thing that I like about them is that the collection is very unique and beautiful. But the prices are too high as compared to any other store.

  We took our bridal jewellery from Sony Sapphire. The quality was very good. The jewellery was absolutely amazing, The staff was good, and they were willing to show multiple and latest designs. They were eager to help me without any hindrance; they were good.

  I bought my chooda and kaleera from Soni Sapphire. They have a wonderful collection of choodas and kaleeras, it's a must visit stre for brides I believe as the collection never disappoints you. Had a nice customer experience there

  They have extremely good collection of designs. The quality is amazing as well. I could not have asked for any better quality. The only thing I felt was that the pricing range here was somewhat high but then the quality justifies the price so I have no issues at all. Really happy with their collection.

  I bought almost all of my wedding jewelry from Soni Sapphire
  and it was amazing. The collection with them is just so good, the quality is equally amazing. The designs and collection that they have is just as per the latest trends and fashion. I would highly recommend this store.
