Horribly disappointing experience
I was asked to make a full advance payment for my kaliras, with clear assurances on timelines and delivery. However, after the payment was made, the entire experience went downhill. There was zero proactive communication, repeated follow-ups from my end were required, and even then, responses were either delayed or vague.
What was most concerning was the complete lack of professionalism. Instead of taking accountability, I was eventually pressured and indirectly threatened to confirm that the issue had been “resolved,” despite the fact that it clearly had not been handled in a satisfactory manner.
For a brand operating in the wedding space — where timelines, trust, and emotions are critical — this kind of behavior is unacceptable.
I would strongly advise future customers to:
1. Avoid making full advance payments
2. Get clear written timelines and commitments
3. Be cautious while dealing with this brand
Unfortunately, what should have been a special part of my wedding experience turned into unnecessary stress and disappointment.
