After sales experience was unreal

I ordered the Brilliant Fusion Lab Grown Diamond Ring on a made to order basis for myself recently. I received the ring today as it took about 14 days in production, but their team kept me in loop through out the process, which I personally really liked. I wanted to customise my ring with a little engraving on the inside of the band and they were very clear about what was possible and what wasn't and helped me come up with something that I liked and would fit on the band. What I loved the most was they didn't become distant once I paid the money, but in fact they were more involved with me to make sure everything was perfect and I was in the loop. Not every brand provides this good after sales services, so that is truly impressive.
