  Total Deficiency of Service – Severe Communication Blackout After Receiving INR 3,54,000/-

  I am writing this factual review to caution families planning their life events here. We booked this venue (operated by M/s Five Spice Merriment Pvt. Ltd.) for a wedding function scheduled for November 21, 2026. We paid a total advance amount of INR 3,54,000/- across two transactions (INR 1,00,000/- on 16.05.2026 and INR 2,54,000/- on 19.05.2026).The secondary transfer was explicitly demanded by their team (Ravi Yadav and Anjali) under the pretext that it was mandatory to generate and deliver our final master contract. However, after pocketing the entire sum, the venue completely failed to deliver any master contract or signed terms and conditions. Legally, no contract document was ever executed or signed by me.Furthermore, we experienced serious operational discrepancies:Guest Count Alteration: Our explicit verbal agreement was for a gathering of 400 guests. However, their representative surreptitiously wrote "Min. Guarantee 200" on a handwritten booking slip without our consent. They later weaponized this clerical entry to claim hosting 200 people on our date was logistically impossible, despite their team eagerly confirming that a 200-guest count was entirely feasible for a fresh, separate booking on a different date to capture a new sale.Breach of Food Quality Promise: The initial food sample served was highly unsatisfactory. We were explicitly promised a formal Food Tasting Session with a mutual agreement that a full refund would be issued if the quality failed to meet expectations. This session was never arranged, and our quality complaints were ignored.Safety Concerns: Following a major fire outbreak at the venue compound shortly before our booking, our family elders felt deeply anxious and uncomfortable about hosting hundreds of guests at a facility with unverified structural safety protocols.Due to these severe deficiencies, we requested a cancellation on 19.08.2026, providing a clear 3-month prior notice so the venue could easily rebook the date.Following our request, the operations coordinator, Anjali, entered a total communication blackout, completely refusing to answer more than 15 to 20 direct phone calls. Their legal firm (M/s Concept Legal Consultants) responded on 21.08.2026 asking for a 7-day window to review records, promising a conclusive email update. That timeline has expired with absolutely zero resolution or communication.They are currently hoarding INR 3,54,000/- without providing any services, signed agreements, or professional communication. We have been forced to escalate this matter to the formal corporate, consumer protection, and law enforcement forums for corporate cheating and criminal breach of trust.Advice to Couples: Do not hand over any money without a signed master contract physically in your hands first. The operational evasion and complete communication blackout we experienced have caused immense emotional distress to our family. Proceed with extreme caution.

  Never recommeded. poor service and AC issues

  there are multiple issues with this venue. In the month of April and May, there air condition fails. They use coolers in AC halls. Service staff never serve you, they keep saying yes but do nothing. Food stalls keep running without food items and without stall operators in middle of the function. Management people and floor managers are very irresponsible and not anwerable to anything.
  Check the google reviews thoroghly to get the reality if this property. Some actuals reviews are hided over some may be paid reviews.
  overall initially it is looking good when you go to book this venue, but at the time of party, everything sucked up.
