  The employees especially Abhishek and Captain are super rude. They gave false verbal commitments before the booking and once your event date approaches they show their real face. They only want to grab your money by whatever means. I am reachable at 9810996995 for in-depth feedback on this pathetic place.

  Dear esteemed client,
  
  Greetings from Wow Palace Banquet.
  
  We are really sorry to hear about your feedback for the event on 20th March. As our endeavour is always to deliver wow event to let clients experience wow services, we have done detailed analysis why we couldn't meet your expectations.
  
  This is to bring to your kind notice few below findings:
  
  1) Captain are never introduced to clients before functions as they are duty managers and handle whole function on event day.
  Therefore , we will like to correct you that captain can't give verbal commitment before the function approaches.
  
  2) The only concern you have felt in entire event was of Bulb letters display on stage.
  Kindly note that in your first meeting with GM Abhishek, he must have informed you about letters along with many other add-ons VERBALLY but they didn't form part of your package because you just casually took all details but didn't book. Even in quotation sheet, those weren't mentioned and sheet was handed over to you.
  In 2nd meeting , when you booked and took formal proposal, again those letters weren't mentioned as there was budget constraint with you.
  But on the event day, you got totally confused and asked about the letters at 5 pm (2 hours before event start).
  Despite giving you recall of the bookings details and showing you both quote & proposal, you were not ready to accept and insisted us to arrange letters.
  To ensure client's best experience as we do for each event, we arranged the letters in very short time by paying extra cost.
  
  3) Now as when something is CLEARLY not part of your package (due to budget constraint), kindly note that we will like to charge you for the same. In this case, we asked you just cost to cost basis, which unfortunately you weren't in mood at all to pay despite committing at 5 pm.
  One more fact for your kind perusal is that you booked the male anchor initially and in 2nd meeting asked for female anchor. Obviously, female anchors are costlier than male anchor and we suggested you extra charge for the same. Trust us, both services cost us extra then we have to charge the same from client (in your case we just asked costing and no markup)
  
  4) Due to facts of point 3, you denied to pay the event's balance payment to captain at 8 pm whereas our booking form signed by you clearly mentioned full payment release at event's start.
  When captain started requesting you, unfortunately you got annoyed by him whereas he adhered to your late DJ play timings as well.

  We did the wedding event at Wow Palace Banquet and pretty much satisfied with their hospitality

  Venue ke saath acha experience tha. Food aur decor in-house tha. Staff aur management ka behaviour sahi tha. Venue 150 log accommodate kar skta hai Inhone brida room provide kiya tha par woh kaafi chota tha. bohot garmi lag rhi thi waha par. Bridal room ka ac kaam nahi kar rha tha.

  Everything was perfect

  This venue was very beautiful. The decoration of the venue was amazing and the food was very delicious. They have well maintained the venue and the staff there was very helpful and polite throughout. Everything was up to the mark. Happy with the services.

  Wouldn't recommend to take complete package

  I booked space for my Son's birthday and took complete package (photography, decoration). Food was good however decorations was not upto the mark. Decorations wasn't same as it was promised at the time of booking. When asked team said they forgot about our function and confused between morning/night. So wouldn't suggest to go to buy special packages for decoration. Picture quality is good however you will have to keep on eye whether photographer was able to take perfect shot because photographer will not approach/guide you for pictures. So for me Photography was ok ok. Only satisfy with hall and food.

  Luxuries and value for money

  The arrangements were amazing for our birthday party hosted by wow palace. The food was tasted amazing, the decorations were perfect, music, games and magic show were all eye catching and energetic. They had something in store for each generation. Overall we had a blast in the party. Loved it and would love to host our events here in future as well.

  Perfect venue

  It was a great experience to host our function with Wow Palace Banquet. The management is quite strong I would say and thus ensures that event comes out perfect. Food , decor, arrangements all perfect. Need to improve a little on some parts.
