Tug Farm Review - A Disappointing Experience

I recently visited Tug Farm and I regret to say that my experience was far from pleasant. If you're considering booking here, I would strongly advise you to read this review before making any decisions. Here's a breakdown of the issues I encountered:

1. Lack of Electricity
One of the biggest inconveniences was the lack of electricity. For most of the stay, there was no power in the area, leaving us without lighting, fans, or any basic electric needs. This made the experience feel much less comfortable and really affected the overall vibe of the place.

2. Cleaning Issues
The cleanliness of the property was another major disappointment. The tents, common areas, and bathrooms were not well-maintained at all. Dust, cobwebs, and general uncleanliness made it difficult to enjoy the surroundings, and it was clear that hygiene wasn't a priority for the management.

3. No Water Provided
Despite the location being a farm, there was no water provided for guests. We had to make our own arrangements for drinking water, which is completely unacceptable for a paid stay. It's a basic necessity, and its absence really contributed to the overall poor experience.

4. Unjustified Advance Payment
The farm required a 5k advance payment when booking, which in itself was concerning. However, it became evident that there was no real service or quality to justify this large advance. It's frustrating to pay a substantial amount upfront for something that falls far below expectations.

5. Hygiene Concerns
As mentioned earlier, hygiene was a serious issue. From dirty linens to poorly cleaned bathrooms, the lack of attention to cleanliness was shocking. The farm seems to prioritize profits over providing a pleasant, healthy environment for guests.

6. Water Leakage in the Tent
One of the worst parts of my stay was the water leakage inside the tent after it rained. This was not just a minor issue but caused significant discomfort and frustration, especially considering the high cost of the stay. It's clear that the tents are not well-maintained or properly sealed.

7. AC Issues
The air conditioning units in the tents were practically useless. I asked multiple times for assistance with the AC, but there was no resolution. This made sleeping in the tents incredibly uncomfortable, especially during the hotter hours of the day.

8. No Management
Perhaps the most concerning aspect of my visit was the lack of management. Staff were unresponsive to concerns, and there was no one around to address the issues I raised. This gave the whole experience a feeling of disorganization and neglect.

Conclusion: Not Recommended
I really wanted to like Tug Farm, but unfortunately, my experience was filled with frustration and discomfort. The lack of basic services, poor hygiene, and overall mismanagement left me thoroughly disappointed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-maintained, and comfortable farm stay, I suggest looking elsewhere.

They are very bad at their service
We didn’t get what they promised.They promised to give heaters in all rooms which we Didn’t get.They also promised some complimentary snacks tea which was not provided.
Very ill behaved staff do not now how to talk.
For everything they were blaming us.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
