My husband and I are so happy to have found Touchwood Bliss. It was a pleasure working with this team throughout the planning process. I met them 3 times in person before our wedding, and every time we met, the team was always pleased to see me. Throughout the 9 months we worked together, I discussed my visions and showed them many photos.
My ideas were constantly changing. they were quiet patient, communicative, and understanding with everything I inquired about - especially the entire week of our wedding. She reassured me that things would go well, when I started doubting myself. They shared their own experiences and ideas and helped me make decisions without being pushy or trying to break our budget. Most importantly, they were transparent with their prices since day one. Before I knew about Touchwood Bliss I met with two well-known decor companies. Both companies kept surprising me with additional prices that were not added to our initial estimate. Thank God we heard about Touchwood Bliss and I immediately told them about my previous experiences. They understood and gave me a detailed breakdown of our estimate - without any exclusions or hidden charges. On our wedding day, they did an incredible job! The decor came out better than I envisioned. We rented chairs, a custom cake stand that lit up, an acrylic table, centerpieces, fresh florals, hanging crystal chandeliers, backdrop, and lighting. We received so many compliments from friends and relatives (“It was a Hollywood wedding!”). Moreover, the staff was on time for all locations and provided the service they promised they would. With their professionalism and talent, Touchwood will turn your wedding dreams into reality. We highly recommend them! Thank you so much -

Horrible and disgusting
The most horrible experience. When we checked in the room was horrible. They charged us 15000 Rs for a night for a couple. Firstly when we entered they didn’t have the booking confirmation on their system as there was a miscommunication on their end. Finally after about 45 mins of check in they gave us the most pathetic room. The room was completely unclean, unclean bathrooms, marks of dirt on walls and curtains, the room felt like it was used and not properly cleaned. The bathroom door did not shut and nor the sliding door leading to pool. It was broken posing a massive risk to safety specially at night. The furniture was also broken. The lightings and night lamps were broken, unclean and some of them had loose fittings. When complained, they asked us to check out and promised a refund. But we never received any refund. The most pathetic service. The most incompetent, inconsiderate and dishonest. -
