    I had bday of my friend held here, the service was good, food was delicious and decor is lovely. Infact the service is too much better than any Hotels

    Good place for bday parties, wedding, and corporate events , I think it's best place for Noida people particularly those in sector 71,72,73,74 sid

    Do not Book

    I had two functions in tivoli lotus court for my wedding - stating the big misses and how the team of tivoli ensures to get fake reviews to show their exaggerated service quality.

    *DO NOT BOOK THIS FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY*

    1. Menu selected was different on both days - but we were served similar dishes by the team.
    2. The staff is highly untrained - NO COORDINATION, and i mean it no coordination. They also dont have walkie talkies like other venues.
    3. Their staff tried to steal the alcohol we were serving, and of there managers got drunk at my reception, whom i had to get removed from the venue - THAT IS THEIR SENSE OF SECURITY AND EXPERIENCE FOR YOU.
    4. Their decor partner - SATIN HUES - charged us for fixtures which were not working at the time, also charged for the entry which was being used by another wedding party.
    5. Plate counts were increased with many people from their staff also using them - not sure how this is the TIVOLI brand.
    6. There so called event managers - had their own attitude problems and rather than helping the couple they created excuses for their misses to get done with the day as they say.

    ⺠︯ do not book this venue for your special day! All their reviews are fake⺠︯

    My family had TWO functions at Tivoli Lotus Court for brother's wedding, and let me tell you—the experience was a disaster. The team at Tivoli thrives on fake reviews to prop up their overhyped, subpar service.

    ⚠️ DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY! ALL THEIR REVIEWS ARE FAKE⚠️

    We carefully selected different menus for both days, yet they had the audacity to serve the same dishes. Absolute incompetence.
    The staff is beyond untrained—no coordination whatsoever. And guess what? They don’t even have walkie-talkies like other venues.

    Their staff tried to steal alcohol from our bar, and one of their managers got drunk at my brother's reception. Yes, you read that right. We had to personally kick him out—so much for their "security and experience."

    Their so-called decor partner, SATIN HUES, ripped us off—charging for faulty fixtures and an entryway that another wedding party was using. Scam artists, plain and simple.

    Plate counts mysteriously increased—turns out their own staff was helping themselves to our food. So much for the so-called TIVOLI brand.

    Adding to the chaos—non-veg starters weren’t refilled on time, leaving us embarrassed in front of our guests. An absolute shit show.

    Their event managers? More like excuse makers with an attitude problem. Instead of fixing their endless screw-ups, they just wanted to be done with the day.

    I’m posting this to save other couples from this nightmare. Tivoli doesn’t care about your wedding, your happiness, or your memories—they only care about your money.

    They have got a beautifully decorated glass house and rooms are available on same venue
