Very Worst Experience

I am extremely disappointed with the behaviour of both the catering staff manager and the hotel manager. (The catering staff manager snatched plate which is full of food from the guest’s hand), this mistake can’t be forgiven.Their conduct toward guests was highly unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable. Instead of handling concerns politely, they spoke in a disrespectful tone, showed no willingness to listen, and behaved as if guest comfort did not matter at all.
A manager is expected to resolve issues calmly and courteously, but in this case, the situation was made worse by their arrogance and lack of basic hospitality etiquette. Such behavior reflects very poorly on the hotel’s standards and completely ruins the guest experience.
I would strongly advise management to take strict action and provide proper training on customer handling. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel or its catering services to anyone.

Amazing Experience

I recently had the immense pleasure of celebrating engagement in Ritvan banquet that can only be described as truly amazing.The decor was a masterpiece in itself. From the stunning floral arrangements to the tasteful table settings, every element was thoughtfully designed to enhance the overall ambiance. The attention to detail was impeccable, and it was evident that the organizers had a keen eye for aesthetics.

Great Services

Hamne ye venue birthday party ke liye book kiya tha, hamara experience acha tha, koi problem face ni ki venue ke sath. decoration and food sab inhouse tha or bohot acha tha, Inki taraf se photographer bhi tha par uski payment lag se karne thi. Staff bohot acha tha venue ka. staff bar bar aa kar check bhi kar raha tha ki koi problem to nah ho rahi hame. Venue kaafi bada hai or vaha 300 to 250 guest aaram se accommodate kar sakte hai. Venue ne birthday ke liye cake bi provide kiya tha uske charges the par kaafi acha tha.

Great Services

It was a good experience with them. very budget-friendly and the staff was very cooperative. This venue was very spacious and beautiful, at the time of the function the hotel part was a little messy but then they helped us a lot. The decoration was nice and the food was delicious.

Wonderful service

Amazing to have such a place with high value for money

IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! The food they provide is delicious and the hall is stunning. It is a highly recommended place for marriage, anniversary and other functions. They will also provide you rooms if needed.
