Property Manager is idiot

I have attend wedding of my friend on 6-7 may 2025, the manager of this property Bhawani singh ruin his wedding, very disrespectful , egoistic and talking in very rude n bad tone with the elders and even women’s. I never recommended this property!
There are many properties where you get the good hospitality.

Unprofessional and Abusive Behavior

I am writing to formally express my disappointment following our recent visit to your venue regarding a potential booking for our marriage event.

Unfortunately, the experience was deeply unpleasant. The behavior of the manager Bhawani singh was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. We were shocked by the lack of basic hospitality and the use of abusive language during our interaction. As potential clients, we expected respectful communication and a welcoming environment—especially at a place intended for celebrations like weddings.

This kind of behavior is not only unacceptable but also damaging to the reputation of any service-oriented business. We hope you will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure better conduct from your staff in the future.

Don't expect a good hospitality here.

I don't know, the manager of this property behave like CEO, we spent lakhs in this property and still feel like we are begger. Very unprofessional and egoistic.

Manager is so rude & abusive

The GM was dismissive and unprofessional, refusing to assist even when contacted. He is Bhawani singh, this person is very unprofessional rude & abusive. Overall, the management's behavior was unacceptable and detracted significantly from what should have been a joyful, memorable event. We strongly advise others to reconsider before booking this venue.

Good experience.

This venue was good, The decoration was beautiful and the catering was done personally. The venue was beautiful and it was spacious. The staff was cooperative and helpful. Everything went well.
