    Theft of expensive saris from our car after we had given our car for valet parking

    We had a terrible and very unfortunate experience at GrandDreams for a Sagan function. Two designer saris (worth Rs. 80,000) of our's were removed/ stolen from our car, which we had given to their valet service the evening of Nov 30, 2022. We have spoken to both their management and valet vendors but can't get any clear direction on how they will tackle our loss. We want answers from their management and Valet vendors. We want our saris back.

    Poor attitude towards artists

    Was thr to attend a wedding recently. Everything was good except their behaviour and partiality towards the Event photographer and his team.

    They've asked them to make the entry from the behind door, and that was not just the service area but a filthy dirty space.(I'd gone myself and checked). I mean in our country we must honor thr artists. Everyone is same and those guys are carrying very delicate items wirth lacs of the camera lenses with billions time star studded creativity and yet gets treated this way. Highly unacceptable.

    The GRAND DREAMS management must think of this wat. And i wish i could speak to those photographer guyz and would suggest to put a case against such humiliation. Being an artist myself, i felt this so rude.

    Think it off, coz you yourself are part of a HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY, so they ARE..

    bura experience raha

    Bohot bura experience raha venue ke sath. Food serving mein bohot problem hui or no. of waiter bhi kam the... staff bilkul bi cooperative nahi tha, meine manager se bola tha ki aap or waiter duty par laga dijiye par unhone kaha ki ab kuch nahi ho sakta or bilkul bhi help nahi ki , venue mein space bhi bohot jyada nahi tha.

    Excellent experience

    The Grandreams was an excellent experience. Everything was good about them. But the one thing that was not at all good and favourable was the prices of the decorations offered. It was hugely expensive. The results that we got were not supposed to be that expensive.

    Great experience

    Meri beti ki shadi k liye humne ye venue book kia tha. Bohot accha experience rha hamara The GrandDreams ke sath. Staff bohot he zada helpful tha. Khana, decorations aur space kaafi accha tha. Humare liye sab kuch kaafi asaan rha aur hum aram se shaadi enjoy kr paye

    Quite satisfied with the services

    We booked The GranDreams for our wedding ceremony. The banquet hall was nice. We were quite satisfied with their services, the staff members and everyone was good, and they were helping us with all the functions and everything. We had both options available in terms of wedding venue decoration, but we went with the venue's decoration team.

    Excellent Venue

    The Grandreams was one of our favorite venue of all time, like the staffs and everything here is great and amazing. The food was amazing and décor was on point too. The best thing about them was the menu that we decided as it was very Lavish and delicious.

    Sab kuch shaandaar tha

    Yaha humne engagement function kiya tha and food, decoration, staff, and management sab kuch bohot hi acha tha. Planning se jyada hi acha present kiya un logo ne and Mr. Rahul Makkar was the owner of the property who took care of each and everything on his own and everything was smooth and good. covid ko bhi saare follow kar rahe the like mask and gloves.

    Nice venue and great management

    I had my engagement function at this venue and here also it was very nice. Everything was perfect. Being a bride, I didn't know much about cuisine and services, but the feedback that we have got from our guests was really nice. The management was very polite with us and they did take care of all the things.

    Perfect experience

    Ours was a very good experience here. Their staff was very cordial and cooperative. The decorations were very beautifully done. Their catering was also very impressive.
