The Grace Banquet, GT Karnal Road के साथ मेरा experience बेहद disappointing और unprofessional रहा।
Testing के लिए हमें बुलाया गया, समय दिया गया, लेकिन उसके बाद proper response तक देना जरूरी नहीं समझा गया। Customer को बुलाकर इस तरह गायब हो जाना और communication बंद कर देना किसी भी professional venue से expect नहीं किया जाता।
जब booking से पहले ही customer handling इतनी खराब है, तो function के दिन service को लेकर भरोसा कैसे किया जाए?
Function कोई छोटी booking नहीं होती। लोग अपनी मेहनत की कमाई और जिंदगी के खास मौके के लिए venue चुनते हैं। ऐसे में commitment और basic communication तो minimum expectation है।
⚠️ मेरी personal experience के आधार पर मैं इस venue को recommend नहीं करूंगा। Booking करने से पहले अच्छी तरह सोचें और दूसरे venues की service भी compare करें।
Management को शायद यह समझना चाहिए कि customer को बुलाकर ignore करना सिर्फ एक customer खोना नहीं है—

Had a very disappointing experience with The Grace Banquet, GT Karnal Road.
We were called for testing and given a proper time, but unfortunately, there was no follow-up or clear communication afterward. Even after taking the time to visit, we were left without a proper response.
For a banquet venue, especially one dealing with weddings and important family functions, this kind of communication is quite disappointing. Before booking a venue, customers expect at least basic professionalism, timely responses, and respect for their time.
If the experience is not satisfactory even at the pre-booking stage, it naturally makes you question the quality of service you might receive on the actual event day.
Based on my experience, I would suggest doing proper research and comparing other venues before making a booking here.

Superb experience ! :) food and service were the best parts !
