I recently found this place from WeddingWire, had an event here, which turned into a nightmare, worst banquets, worst service, worst at hospitality, before the actual event date things seemed fine but on the date, they just wanted to get there money, by hook or by crook, rooms which we booked were not ready any time soon, the guy named Vineet kept asking for money, and in the process was so rude as if he waa doing the event for free, he shouted yelled and was hugely unprofessional, we had relatives coming in, and had to maintain our calm. Can't find 0 rating else would have given that. Worst! Yiu guys should put some ground officers from your end like OYO, to help customers and so that Hotel staff and Owners shouldn't start acting like a thug.
